Got a unit here today. After only starting to look for a storage unit this morning. The process was simple in and out in 10 mins. Price is better than anywhere else in the area. Bryan was awesome super nice guy he explained everything in detail. He gave me a call to confirm my appointment, which was nice because I forgot to check my email. Overall great experience! If in need of a storage unit literally same day definitely recommend Paul's store-all!

Very Nice people I injoy keeping my fishing and hunting gear and camping gear there and tools and house goods there ?The owners are very nice and I give them 5 stars for sure ??? Thank you Brian God Bless you ?

Reasonably priced and Axxess, 24/7 the owners are pleasant to deal with it's about 30 minutes away from the Carlisle fairgrounds

Ok. Listen up. I have never used a storage unit a day in my life until 5 years ago. We were making an state to state move, and we needed a place that was REASONABLE and CLOSE.Paul’s was not only the cheapest place we found, but they were roughly, 8min from where we were moving back to. It was a win-win.However, there is more...We intended on storing all of our belongings in our unit for AT MOST 6mo. Well, 6mo turned into 5years, and it was NEVER a decision we regretted having stored our lives here!Brian was literally SO GRACIOUS, and constantly understanding if my forgetfulness or pregnancy-brain caused untimely payment. They allowed us to pay in advance, so we were usually well ahead of our bill, and so when I did forget, we were up to date, and Brian would just laugh at me. ? It’s not like it has taken me over a month to remember to send a review in ??♀️.Needless to say, I could text them whenever to ask questions. I was never concerned about the condition of the unit/building, or the security on our unit. We had easy access, and incredible customer service THE ENTIRE 5 years. (This is incredibly unnecessarily long, I know, but I love this place...)If I ever need a storage facility in PA again, I will only come back to Pauls:✅Reasonably priced✅Great location✅Incredible customer service✅Friendliness out the wazoo✅Great communication...These people are tops!

Clean facility, easy access and very affordable. Brian was a pleasure to deal with, super nice guy. I would highly recommend this place.Bonus: it’s not a gated facility which for me was a big selling point.

I have had a space rented here for a number of years. This is an absolutely great/safe place to store your items. I have ran into some issues with my payments with this whole Covid situation and they have been nothing but amazing and cooperate with me during this time. I would definitely recommend Paul’s every time.
