I had a very pleasant experience with Nick at C. Harper East. I found a 2020 Chevy Tahoe on the Carfax website. It was nice and clean when I arrived. After the test drive, Nick was patient with me and there was no pressure sale. My mind was made up when I first saw the vehicle. The numbers worked out for me and I have been happy ever since I drove off the lot. I highly recommend getting your next or first Chevy from C. Harper East. And ask for Nick.

I recently had my trax in for inspection oil change
And the changed air filter
Now something is make a horrendous sound when I turn my heat and air on high. So I need to have that looked at.
Otherwise, I have never had any problems

I purchased a Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab at C. Haper East on 8.24.2024. Our salesman, Josiah, was great and helped as much as he possibly could but the condition of the Truck, not so much. This truck was advertised at 24,940 miles. When I bought it, the miles were a little over 28,000. This was a lease vehicle and then a demo driven by the manager. It was also GMC Certified. I don't know what goes into a GMC certification, but the oil was at 55% and the front brakes at 52.1%. The paperwork stated the oil and filter were replaced. I was promised 2 free oil changes, we will see if that will be honored when the time comes. The truck was never detailed, the truck has scuff marks that I am sure could have been buffed out, there was/is a stain on the back seat which should have been taken care of before selling the truck, and the tailgate protector cap was all chopped up, this should have been replaced before selling the truck. There was dog/cat hair all over the inside of the truck and also there are scratch marks on the dash and by the door, I am guessing made by the dog/cat. I purchased the Resistall package and was told when I come in to have that applied they will detail the truck. The truck was not completely detailed (the engine compartment was never done), I was promised 2 free details. We will see if that is honored, when the time comes. I am not absolutely convinced the Resistall was applied. The car l traded in was ceramic coated and it gleamed, the truck didn't even shine after the Resistall. None of the scuff marks were buffed out prior to applying and the stain on the back seat was treated with the fabric protection. If the stain on the seat couldn't be removed while being detailed, the fabric/seat should have been replaced. I get it, it is a used vehicle but the car I traded in was bought at C. Harper Bell Vernon used and it did not look like a used car when I bought it. That is why I went back to C. Harper East. The car I traded in was cleaner than the truck I bought.
Needless to say the experience was not the same and the condition of the truck was less than subpar.

Was there twice looking for truck on separate occasions, first time they sold the truck I thought I had made a deal on. Second time about a year later I wondered if I just was an inconvenience. So I bought a truck at another chevy dealership. Their loss.
