If your package needs a signature, don't expect them to knock at your door asking for your signature. They will keep leaving a slip and you are going to end up having to go there and pick it up. Literally defeats the purpose of shopping online and kills the trust I had in the people delivering to do their job properly.

I had send my mail to my friend to NJ from Wallingford , first I ask her about the mail after few days I send to her , she said she didn’t receive it . So after a week she went to post office to report lost mail , finally she got the envelope cover with plastic send by the post office saying the mail got damage . But the greeting card and 2 gifts card worth $60 are gone . I don’t believe it damaged .the envelope looks good . And I call Wallingford post office . They told me to file on line , it’s such trouble to file ! No one can help ! I will not send anything through USPS . Worker are not honest .

Post office is fine. No cell service in here so make sure you look up anything you need on your phone before you go in.
