I’ve been twice. Had a great and safe trip. A little sad they don’t let you out to swim as much. It gets very hot out there but I guess it’s for safety reasons. Anyways would still do it again. Make sure you go with the right people. And when I say “right” I mean smart, and strong. I wouldn’t bring a very young kid. Especially on the release

Would not recommend! Sorry to say that this place doesn’t seem to be equipped for emergencies! I fell off the raft and the guide barely helped. The guide was on a small kayak which he said couldn’t accommodate a rescue and didn’t call for further assistance. He basically told me to float down the rapids for 5 long minutes as the rocks hurt me and bruised me and eventually water rushed over my head. Could have had a more catastrophic ending but at least I am here to tell the tale. Would not recommend putting your life in danger at a place that doesn’t take you seriously and doesn’t have proper emergency services in place. Front desk was friendly which is nice but this was an awful experience. Days later and I am still in pain. If you care about safety this place is probably not for you. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this is serious.
In response to the response, of course what you are saying is true but it’s also true that a facility like this should have an emergency plan in place and they did not. It was just like fend for yourself, drown or try not to as we can’t do anything else to help. Which was astonishing.

It is a really fun tour that is organized extremely well and any delays are expected when the website says that it is a 6-7 hour tour with 4-5 hours in the water. The rapids are a lot of fun to be on and the guides are always around to give advice on paddling technique. Even falling into the water was fun! My only advice would be to do this with a group of 4-6, so that everyone in the raft is having a good time. We also had a post tour bbq with some really good hot dogs! I loved this experience and would be very happy to do it again in the future!

My first time experiencing water rafting during the pandemic 2020 & this was one of the greatest moments I will remember. Seeing the beauty and nature all around you makes you feel like you just wanna stay out there all day long. I would recommend going with a group because once you get on the rafts it’s a race to get to the finish but please play safe and pay attention to the life guards their. There are rocks when the water gets choppy but work as a team and ya will be just fine ?

The experience is totally worth it and the guides were very nice, they were extremely tolerant of people's playfulness on a hot day, splashing water and veing silly. We also had a situation where a lady and a kid fell off their raft in a rapid and got stuck on a rock. All the tour guides didn't hesitate to rush in to their rescue, in what I thought was a very dangerous for them situation, guiding their cones straight into the rock where the lady and the kid were stuck. They were all very poised, acted quickly and with no hesitation whatsoever. I was truly impressed and realized how well trained and courageous they all are.

The staff gets five stars, but the water was not as exciting as I would hope. Still a fun exhilarating time with friends and family! Great afternoon with Value for your money!

The experience is good, good activity for a group of friends or family. The rapids are not very fast, I guess it's beginner friendly. The staff are very friendly and talkative. Overall, very good experience!

Good service, nice and streamlined, a good base as well with changing rooms and a store. River is fun, although i was with a large group so we did the easier rapids, would like to come back and try their more extreme sections.
