1 star is too many.Called the office to change the type of service appointment that I needed for my vehicle and got told by the office ladies that it was "ridiculous" (her words) I was calling to change the service that I needed on my vehicle because the service that I now need is going to generate less income for the company. She was rude, inconsiderate, and short. It is not your customers fault that your company does not charge fees for things that it does. I am new to this area and this is my first experience with this company and I am grateful that I did not have these people working on my vehicle because they are more concerned about income then quality of service.
