Black Rock is crippling our local housing and cauing major crisis!!! They are buying up so many single family residents that it is making it impossible for people to own or rent and has driven up the price of housing. This is an absolutely disgusting practice that THE GOVERNMENT is actually trying to put laws into place to fight!!! No company or LLC should be in charge of residential housing! Those belong to the people! We should not be condoning this as a community as well! Don't take it from me, do your own research!!!!!!

Great company and people! We rented from them a few yrs back for 3 yrs, always replied to any of our concerns quickly. Now 2 yrs later we are moving back to town and we immediately called them! Frank & Stephanie immediately helped us find a place in our kids old school district and made the process absolutely stress free! We are so grateful for this wonderful company and people! Thank you Black Rock!!

They just bought a laundromat from a little old lady in lansford that used to keep it for doing laundry but now black rock took over they got skill machines in there and druggys now sleep right in front of the cameras and it feels unsafe to even do clothes anymore, I can't imagine how they treat there properties that people live in, this Is the problem with company's buying things up but won't take the effort to keep them looking good, but come every day to collect those quarters. They fixed up nice but won't clean it, they only come to take out the trash and clean the lint from the dryers.

We decided NOT to use them and we continue to be harassed with emails every day asking us to sign the lease for a family member (who has already found a home and told them he doesn't want to rent through them). What a waste of money on app fee. The office secretary was zero help to get us unsubsubscribed and the broker T & T Premier Real Est says he can't help! Terrible

My girlfriend and I have been renting from Black Rock for close to 2 years now and have had a great experience. Our unit is up to date and has everything we were searching for. Any concerns we've had up to this point have been addressed appropriately and in a timely manner.When we began searching for a rental I reached out to Black Rock and within minutes I was scheduled in for a walkthrough to a couple different units. Shortly after we made our decision we were invited to the office to fill out paperwork and began moving in days later.Monthly payments and communication with our property management is no hassle and user friendly with the app that it's run through.If you're looking for a property I would strongly urge you to go with Black Rock!

As a new tenant with Black Rock I have been nothing but pleasantly surprised. Their office staff, upper management and maintenance crew have been nothing but helpful and courteous. With a bad credit score I found it difficult to rent but the management team went above and beyond to ensure I have a place for my daughter and I to live. The application process was smooth and quick and they were helpful every step of the way.

I have been a tenant of Blackrock since 2020 & my experience has been great! They always answer the phone and are quick to fix any problems that are wrong in the apartment. They are always extremely understanding & help whenever they are able to. I definitely plan on continuing being a tenant with them for a while longer!

Maybe they treat landlords well because that's the hand that feeds. As property managers they are inexcusable intermediaries for tenants. No maintenance services/repairs, ignore complaints, frequent rent increases and poor communicators. My building on Broad St in Tamaqua had numerous health/safety hazards and code violations. They did nothing and lost that account when several tenants left. Carefully read the lease because it's not standard, or save yourself headaches and steer clear.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They own everything and when I call they tell me “well it’s not my problem” it’s not wonder people are becoming homeless because they are a company that doesn’t care about anything other then getting money in their pockets.

Absolutely an amazing rental agency, they are awesome and family owned, they are quick to fix any issues , fair, respectful and their properties are beautiful inside and out and worth ever penny! Highly recommended

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Black Rock. The move in process was very easy, and any issues (not that there are many) have been resolved immediately. For example, our rental came with an older fridge that started having issues maintaining temperature. We called Mike and had a new one installed and ready to go by the end of the day.

Unprofessional, inconsiderate, doesn’t respond, overpriced shacks basically and for the cherry on top they’re running a monopoly with carbon county’s rental real estate, whilst taking advantage of good people and a low income area. It is despicable. Anyone who supports this company should take a bit of a deeper look into their business practices before giving them your money…
