“I'm confused why this has such negative reviews. I even go a little out of my way to go to this branch because, unlike what the reviews say, I've always had good customer service from them. In this case, I don't think you can trust the negative reviews.”

“I stopped in to cash a check. I was warmly greeted by 2 of the tellers. The service was fast and the staff was not only knowledgeable, but also friendly and called me by name. They have lots of free parking and 2 drive through windows, plus an ATM drive through lane. They stay on top of things, especially now that the First Merit customers have all moved to Huntington Bank.”
