When we were looking to refi our current mortgage to lower the rate, Neffs National Bank was great to deal with during the process. Even though I ultimately went with our current credit union for the refi, the process and customer service would definitely bring me back for future banking services. I told the wife, if we needed another local bank I would open an account tomorrow. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I'm not a current client, but I would not hesitate to become one in the future or recommend Neffs National Bank to friends and family.

I came into this bank to open a new business account and another account for investment property, so i can collect the rent. I spoke with Diane and IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.This grumpy and mean woman spoke down to me, screaming at me for disagreeing or not understanding the charges. I felt humilated and I left without opening my accounts. Instead, I went to Wells Fargo. I opened my accounts there, customer service was much more friendly and accomodating. I would never step my foot again in this bank. Save your time, go to any other bank, you won't regret it.

1974, I had been a teacher at Parkland High School since 1971. My salary was $7,300 a year. So many banks turned me down because I did not earn enough money to buy a $35,000 ranch home on Woodlea Rd. So discouraging. But Neffs Bank took a chance on me. Paid it off early. Loved that home and community. Thanks Neffs Bank for helping me, a 27 year old, begin his future.

Bank leaders are prone to screaming at customers in their parking lot. Over the top, unbelievably rude. With lots of great local banking options, I'd advise only opening an account here if you enjoy being verbally abused.

Rude correspondence was sent to me. It was followed up with an email. Nothing was taken care of. Second rude correspondence sent. Spoke to Diane Miller. Rudest person I ever spoke to. This concerned an auto loan. The insurance was changed and the new agent did not forward information as agreed upon. I was sent a hand-written note that I should be glad that I'm being reminded to pay my insurance. When I spoke to DM, she rambled about things that had nothing to do with my account (paid ahead) and would not listen. Hung up. Do not deal with this bank.

The worse customer service, ever! If I could, I would give 0 stars. I spoke with Diane Kneller. This grumpy woman yelled at me like I am her son, not a customer. Not just she yelled at me but she also was very rude hanging the phone on me. Ms Diane, you should stay home when you have a bad day instead yelling on customers.

I stopped at the Walnutport branch this afternoon with my Swedish Vallhund, Ollie, to open an account and the first thing that happened is that Ollie was plied with treats. When Ollie is happy, I'm happy.

We worked closely with Mark for financing for our dream property. The sellers made it less than an easy process but Mark answered every call, every email and every question with poised experience and always made our concerns, his concerns. On my second personal loan with neffs bank. First one was paid off early with no missed payments! My current loan is half paid off, and Due to no work with the covid-19 I missed two payment witch Ronald Miller put at the end of my loan for me. When reaching out to refinance the remaining amount to lower the payments I’m told with my payment history there is nothing the bank will do for me!!!!! Ronald Miller Is making Neffs National Bank go down hill and fast. The original Ron Giltner was amazing to his long term clients!
