“The clerk noticed that I did not have everything prepared to ship my items and instead of telling me to do the required steps first and then checking me out, she told me what I needed, helped me pay for things and tools care of making sure my packages were ready to ship. They were incredibly patient and efficient as the store was busy and were able to assist me and two other customers in unison without issues. Truly impressed and one of the most positive experiences in retail establishments I've had in the past few years.”

“This is now my go to mailing hub. The staff is super friendly and they give personalized service. I am always greeted with a smile. They took the time to get to know me and send me my receipts by email which helps me to keep track of them better - no paper to lose. Someone is always there during their hours - this was a problem at the grocery store I was using. I love the one stop drop off location - I can drop off all my - USPS, FedEx and UPS - at one convenient location. No more running around town to different locations. I highly recommend this business!! Keep up the great work.”
“I'm please with my laptop purchase at staples. The off tech support. They are always happy to fix my operation system or install new software for me. And when I need something replaced in my laptop they always replace it for me when I purchase a replacement product from them and they have a warranty on all replacement parts if they do the work replaced what needs to be replaced and you purchase the part from them or one of there reseller”

This Staples location always go above and beyond with having the order ready quickly and then helping me load a very heavy box of paper into my vehicle, even when they are super busy.”

“The Palmerton P.O. IS a professional atmosphere where people can go in and send out mail with tracking for assurance their package will arrive. It is only on average between $0.10-$2 to jump up from 1ST Class to Priority Mail (depending on weight and distance) and it includes the tracking information to rest easy knowing when it is delivered.The counter associates are friendly, professional and they DO seem to know everyone. The two female clerks inside the building make it their business to know their job, the postage rates and services. Palmerton PO also has at least one new staff as well to beef up mail services. They ARE helpful and it is only the customers' candor that warrants the responses they receive.The mail delivery can be faster, but think about how there is limited staff, increased quantity (anywhere this would pose to be a challenge) and people taking off for personal illness things will slow down.Since the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, I have yet to have to call down there and say I am missing anything (whether a letter, package etc) and I am happy to claim since living here in early 2016, NOBODY has ever tampered with my mail.Also, the individual that cleans the post office lobby areas is always doing an excellent job keeping the place CLEAN AND SAFE! You can clearly tell she is generous with the cleaning service/products!Keep up the great work and thank you for the service!”

“I dreaded going to drop my package off. I expected a long line and for them to give me trouble because I ran out of tape to close my package. But, it was the opposite! There was no line. The girl working smiled and happily taped my package, tookmy box to get scanned, and I was on my way. I will always go to this location in the future!”
“Located right on Main Street this Post Office is in an exceptional location right down the street from the public library & tons of places to munch! The couriers keep the line moving & appear to be super attentive (I just dropped off a letter so I wouldn't hold up any incoming traffic with more assistance required parcels). The parking is on the side, & they run USPS's typical hours!”
“Yes. I'm actually giving five stars to a postal service. Mary who runs the branch is probably the most on the ball manager I have seen in any postal location. She would be great in the private sector as well. I know she is loyal to the service but somebody really ought to have a talk with her from the private sector. She would be an outstanding addition to any business.”

The guy that's usually there is quite helpful and friendly.There is quite another experience about actually getting our mail delivered, but I don't think that's what you want to hear about.”

“Great customer service. They helped get a shipment to Los Angeles that somehow went thru Guam and Hawaii get unstock in the USPS system. A few days after sharing tracking # and issue with them, they were able to contact Hawaii USPS to find the package and get it to LA. Above and beyond service!!!”
