Dr. Dymond has cared for both of my pets with complex medical needs. I know her care not only increased the duration but the quality of my dogs life. She provided exceptional medical care, empathetic support during his illness, and compassionate reassurance as it was time for his final rest. Dr. Dymond is also the reason why my cat is enjoying his senior years. His symptoms were a bit perplexing but she never stopping searching for answers or solutions.
My dog absolutely loved going to VCA AVH and the cat really doesn't seem to mind which says alot about the wonderful care they receive(d).

“Dr Gabriel is a godsend. I'm not sure our now 16 year old dog would still be with us if not for her. “I took my kitten Freydis to VCA Animal Hospital for the first time for a free exam and it was a very great experience. Such a good energy as soon as you walk into the door and are welcomed by the front desk. Very clean place, and even offer free drinks in the waiting room, which I didn’t have to sit in for long at all.
The staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. They were very upfront and open about all of their pricing for any additional things that could be done for Freydis.
The gentle care and attention they provided was top-notch and I was so grateful to have them by our side during a stressful time. Their expertise and dedication to their patients is truly impressive.
I highly recommend VCA to anyone seeking veterinary care for their beloved pets.

“Beware of being overcharged for an appointment. I called to schedule an appointment for my dog and was told they have an appointment open the next day and they could fit me in. When I got the bill, I was charged for an emergency appointment of $100 instead of $65 for a regular appointment. They would not change it because the appointment was given to me within 24 hours. I did not ask for an emergency appointment or to be seen in 24 hours. I just asked for an appointment.
To follow up: A technician called to ask about my dog and I told her about the overcharge situation. She took the time and effort to address the overcharge, which will be credited to my account. I’m very happy that she made that effort to help me out with this after I spent hundreds of dollars for the vet appointment.”
