There was little to no wait. Reasoning for four star is if you’re there for the first time, its a little confusing know where to park/or go. I would 10/10 recommend the customer service though!”

“This was my first time at Dave's but it was recommended to me by several neighbors. I had an odd experience with my brakes and was not sure what needed to be done. I was able to get an appointment in two days and my car was picked up and returned to my house in a few hours. “Had to have my car towed which is never a happy experience however, Dylan from Austin’s Auto Service and Towing made the experience quick and painless. My car would not shift over to neutral so he had to do extra work to ensure my AWD was not harmed when loading the car onto the flatbed. Dylan was professional and friendly. “Knox, Nolvia and the crew are the absolute best. When my check engine light came on a few months back, they suggested something to add to the fuel in lieu of replacing the catalytic converter, and it worked saving me hundreds.
I recently got an oil change at one of the "chain garages"...aka, Mavis in Forks. Not only did they get oil all over everything under the hood, and left it that way, but they told me that my rear brakes were "basically metal to metal".
With it being a larger procedure, I immediately called to schedule with Knox to replace my rear brakes. Not only did they get me in right away, but their mechanic called to tell me that my brakes still had 50% life on them, and that everything would be fine for quite a while.
I'll never got to another chain garage again, regardless of how small the job is, because Knox has never steered me wrong. Their guys are the best, and Nolvia is an absolutely awesome person to deal with.

“Visited Kline’s for the first time recently when the AC in my vehicle stopped working. Bruce was thorough in explaining the process to diagnose the issue - we looked under the hood to make sure there were no restrictions, etc - he explained that they would charge it but there was no guarantee how long that would last. The AC worked for a few weeks then it stopped during one of the hottest weeks so far this year! I called and was able to get in the next day - I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait. Condenser was replaced and it was a great experience - excellent customer service and pricing.”

“Amazing service!!! No wonder they got all great reviews! I just moved to town and ended up with a nail in my tire over the weekend. They couldn't get me in on Monday when I called so they opened a little early to squeeze me in on Tuesday. Super nice man (I wish I got his name). Smiling while talking to me and he didn't jerk me around at all like most mechanics do. I wasn't expecting such an amazing price to plug it up either. In and out in less than a half hour. The service was way above the actual dealership. My husband and I found our new "go to" spot with our new cars.”
“I’ve been a loyal customer of US Auto since 2018 and have always been impressed with the professionalism and meticulousness of the team. As someone who is not car savvy, I have confidence in my car’s performance and care becuase of my trust in the folks at US Auto. They are experts at what they do, and they care for my car as if it were their own.
On more than 1 occasion, I’ve dropped my car off without an appointment and they have graciously accommodated me, helping me quickly get back on the road. Brad will also send text updates throughout the day and send photos of repairs or issues, keeping me informed and aware of progress.
Their waiting area is exceptionally clean, spacious, and has nice amenities like water and children’s toys. It is comparable to a car dealership’s waiting area, much nicer than any garage I’ve worked with before.
US Auto is not the cheapest shop around. However their attention to detail, accommodating scheduling, trustworthiness and friendly customer service easily make up for the price differential.”
“Only $60 for 2 perfect tires. The right size for my 1988 Ciera. I was only there under 20 minutes. Call here first and save time. They included install on my car, mount on the rims, spin balance and dispose old tires. Hardest working guys I know. I won't go elsewhere. .”

“I had a wonderful experience at Parkway Auto and Tires. Had a screw lodged into my tire, causing it to lose air. I called Parkway because they were the closest tire and auto repair shop near me. The man at the front desk who answered my call was very nice and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in between jobs and got me in and out within half an hour. They were able to repair my tire so quickly and the cost was super inexpensive. I would highly recommend their services and will be coming to them again if I am ever in need of tire services.”

“I purchased a window regulator from these folks and the process was excellent and they shipped the part to me, had no issues with it. Fast forward a month or so and another regulator went on my car. I called them and they had one I needed. They tested the part prior to shipping and called to let me know it did not work. That’s a stand up way to run a business. If I need any more parts I’ll be going back to them.”
