I was informed of what was wrong with my car and what they were going to do. Very pleasant and accommodating. They gave me a ride home because the wait was going to be longer than expected. I would highly recommend them.

Got vehicle on a Tuesday. A week and a half later I tried to start it and it wouldn't turn over. Got it towed to the dealership. Told the salesman to fill it up with gas for my time and incovenience as there was half a tank in it. Upon picking the vehicle up I found there was compesation for what I had gone through. Mind you that this is a 2024 Ford Mustang with less than 400 miles. Not happy. Should not have happened with my brand new vehicle.
