I wish I could give zero stars. The older guy here was extremely disrespectful and spoke down to me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The younger guy was nice, but incompetent. All I asked for was an oil change and to clean my battery terminal. They changed the oil, but the terminal was still completely filthy with battery acid. They lied and said they "checked on the terminal". No, they didn't!! It was clearly filthy.

Very dissapointed. I will not recommend this place. This place do not answer the phone, do not have answering machine or call back costumer, the door always locked, working with closed doors, employees are hiding inside the building, no communication skills and very poor customer service.

27 minutes ago Gave main street garage couple days notice dropped vehicle off before they were open had a drop slot and was done the same day. Owner was very nice and I didn't have the correct change told me to keep the difference who does that! Not my other repair shop... Will be going to him from now on. Highly recommend. Thanks again to main street garage Nazareth Pa

Brought my car in for a simple inspection. Owner or manager comes out of nowhere screaming "You can't use my back to fix your car!" Beyond rude. Simply unacceptable human behavior from anyone, let alone a service provider. BTW, I was on my knees looking at a brake switch by the pedal, after the person inspecting the car (who was also clearly shocked) said it was 'ok' for me to check it. Beware.

Went in to ask for an inspection. Got a rash of attitude about waiting until the last minute. Definitely my fault on the timing (although a cracked windshield set me back a week) . But a simple “I can’t get you in today.” Would have been fine.
