Hunter was very helpful and polite with my first inspection and even explained me the difference between emission inspection and mandatory yearly inspection. Hunter even changed the remote key battery at my request and taught me how to do it myself next time. Hunter has Great customer service skills and definitely a key employee for the service department at Brown Daub Chevy.

Bought a 2024 Tahoe and was promised factory gm heated seats were going to be installed in house. The dealer drove my Tahoe to hatfield to have cheap aftermarket heated seats installed. They drilled holes through the console to install switches. Put 150 miles on the Tahoe and never said a word. Then returned it completely empty of gas after it had been dropped off with over 3/4 of a tank. The general manager rushed me off the phone when i called saying he would get back to me. Its been almost a week with no contact from the dealer. Very disappointed. Better off going to another dealer.

Salesman Spencer was very amiable and courteous. HOWEVER, be sure to take a picture of the window sticker of any used car in case management changes anything later, especially the warranty info.

We recently took my husbands truck in- long story short, they called me at 10:45 to let me know what needed to be done, then again at 4:30 to tell me it was done- we were charged over $2200 for less than 6 hours of service. Another place quoted us between $600-1000 (we paid BDC $3400) total but because I have great luck with Brown Daub Volvo, I anticipated the same with brown daub Chevy.
When we went to pay we were told there was no manager or anyone that could help us, that we should call Monday for assistance. We sent emails promptly and left voicemails. When we called on Monday we were told “It’s too late, you already paid.”
For a large dealership, I’m beside myself at how we were treated, how we were pushed around without anyone taking responsibility and at the blatant lack of reason that despite me having proof of call times- we were significantly over charged for labor.
Beware. This was awful and put financial strain on us. No one should feel this way when trying to handle their vehicle
