I was referred over to them by a dear friend of mine. I just had my wedding this past Saturday and Bridals by Sandra really made all my dreams come true! I had Deb help me pick out the dress and it made me feel so beautiful! It was everything I ever dreamed of! Terry was my seamstress and she made the dress fit like a glove!!! Thank you for making me have my Disney Princess moment ?

I had such a great experience here all thanks to Jetaime! She was so great at envisioning what I had in mind and the very first dress I tried on was the one! The owner’s daughter was also so sweet and made me feel right at home. Can’t wait for my dress to come in February! Thank you so much! <3

Bridals by Sandra took great care of me and my dress! I was worried about finding one that I felt comfortable in but I could not have asked for a better experience. All the alterations were correct and I felt confident in the fit of my dress on the day of. They also stored my dress until I wanted to pick it up, giving me peace of mind that it would be safe and not wrinkly.

I had the best experience at Bridals by Sandra - I am a bride from PA but now living out of state and they did the best job with communication, getting me booked for appointments, and getting things shipped to me. Everyone we interacted with was lovely!

I did not want to give this place any stars but you can’t leave a review without putting a star. I am getting married September 21st. This place made it the most awful experience I have ever had. First off when I took my bridesmaids there we had an appointment mind you. We were in the middle of the appointment in the fitting room. Someone came running in and went up to the lady helping us and asked her right in front of us who are you helping she said bridesmaids. The lady looks at her and says well let’s go leave them we have a bride here, there were plenty other people there to help that bride. Second I went against my better judgement after the first experience. I took my two flower girls there on July 27th. The one dress came in like two weeks later my mom goes in to pick it up and the lady helping her was EXTREMELY rude to her. She yelled and belittled a co worker right in front of my mom. Then it took my second flower girl over a month and half to get her dress. My sister in law called like two weeks ago to ask just to see if we could get an idea of when the dress would be in she got told she would get a call back. After a week of waiting on September 2nd I called myself and ask I was then told I would get a call back. I didn’t get one by the time I got out of work so I went there. Some lady I think her name was Sue comes out to show me the order paper and she says it says your wedding is September 7th so it should be here on time and I would get a call when it is in. I said okay that fine. Then Saturday September 7th the day they thought my wedding was comes and STILL no dress. Thank god that wasn’t my actual wedding day… On Monday September 9th I call again asking for an update I got told I don’t see an order here for that name and that I would get a call back I said thats fine if I don’t have one by the time I get out of work I am coming there again and hung up. I got a call back a few minutes later by Sue to be told oh the dress is here it came on FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 6th. That is hilarious I didn’t get a call, my sister in law didn’t get a call and you had my wedding day marked as the 7th! If that was my actual wedding day I would of be screwed out of a dress for one of my flower girls! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! NEVER AGAIN WILL I WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

The sales woman was pushy. My bridesmaid's dress arrived in the wrong color. Would not give a refund and said would order in the correct color after blaming it on my even though the sales woman is who filled out the order form. Owner said she would reorder the dress and refused a refund. This was April 2024. The dress never arrived and missed my wedding date. I have gotten the run around for the last 2 months calling and leaving messages with someone for the owner at least 6+ times. I want a refund since they cannot even tell me the dress was reordered. This is an absolute mess. They took my money and I have no dress or no refund for their mistake. I have reported you to the BBB in an effort to try and get a resolution. This was an extremely unneeded experience. I will not recommend this bridal shop to anyone.

Found my dream dress!!!
Coming from a very stressed out, indecisive bride to be I was so nervous to not like anything. With the help from Lisa and Susan herself, I was not only comforted, but I got the best help to find my dress. I can’t stop looking at the few photos I have of myself in it just from my one appointment and can’t wait to wear it on my big day ?
Also! They were so accommodating with getting me an appointment when my mom and sister were still in town!

Worst place ever! Avoid at all cost! I would give ZERO stars if possible. I drove all the way up from south Carolina because I confirmed over the phone they had a particular dress. Get there and it takes forever to get acknowledged as they are checking out someone for a mother of the bride dress. Wait another 10 minutes for the consultant to come out. Wait again for another 15 minutes for them to find out they don't have the dress and don't even carry that designer even though I talked to them on the phone and confirmed they did. Thank goodness I have other appointments in the area so the 10 hour drive is not a total bust. Also this place has way outdated in decor. How do you rub a business like this!

I would not recommend this place. They measured my husband for his suit. It was completely wrong! Then I was told I had to go to CeRoth so they could fix it. They got paid! And made it someone else’s problem! It was the Friday before the wedding had no choice to go to Allentown.
They messed up my daughter’s dress too.
I made the best choice and did not purchase my dress there. I felt discriminated.

The dresses are beautiful, but the service is terrible. We had a bridal party dress fitting scheduled, and the employee assisting us was extremely rude. First, the bride's name was spelled incorrectly on the welcome board. When we asked if it could be changed, we were brushed off as if it didn't matter (which is fine). They refused to size us, insisting we would be sized only after purchasing a dress. After spending over an hour and a half selecting dresses, we were informed they wouldn't arrive in time. Instead, we were given only three options that could arrive on time, with a $70 fee for a 4-week rush, which would have been fine if we hadn't wasted 1.5 hours beforehand. The wedding date was known in advance since the bride had already bought her gown a few days earlier. The Bridal Party service includes a private room and is BYOB, but when we asked for cups, they said they didn't have any, so we had to go out and get glasses ourselves (again, that was fine). The employee, who was not helpful at all, took a personal call during our session in the private room and even poured herself a drink using cups they apparently did have. She remarked that she wished we had brought snacks for her to eat too.
We ended up going to another store the next day, where we were sized immediately and provided with dresses that would be available in time. The entire session only took 45 minutes, and we all bought our dresses that day, having a much more pleasant experience.

We had an appointment to look for a mother of the groom dress. We were greeted and told to look around in two different rooms. After about 10 minutes someone asked us if we needed to try anything on. I said we weren't helped yet and unsure. The sales associate immediately went to the desk and tried to give me a business card for their discount warehouse store? I was told their dresses are only $100 there. I said no thank you and walked out. I was never asked our budget (alot more than $100) or had any help browsing from an associate; dispite our appointment. We were nicely dressed and not sure why we were profiled as too cheap to be shopping there. Honestly, it was a bizzare experience.

Upon arrival we were pointed and told to look in the room with the bridesmaid dresses and to hang our options on a bar. We were on time for our appointment and after about 30 minutes a consultant finally came back. The girls and I had already figured things out on our own by this point and we were shooed into a dressing room to try dresses on. This was not a personable experience like you would expect it to be. I don’t think they even asked who the bride was, or any of our names or ANYTHING. Did not ask about color schemes or things I was looking for, we basically did it ourselves. The woman who helped us ( did not introduce herself so I do not know her name) was very rude the entire time. After two of my bridesmaids had paid the two employees dissappeared and never came back after we were sitting there for about 15/20 minutes we figured they had forgotten about us and left. Very disappointing and not as many options as they had said they had.
