When you arrive go to the shipping office in the front of the building to check in for pu and deliveries. They will assign you a door then you dolly down and disconnect and park along the grassy area. Once completed they will call you to come back to the office for your paperwork.

Bald guy in shipping office has a real attitude problem. I know we will NEVER come back to pickup here unless we see a review that he is gone. Arrived at noon for a 1pm pickup. 3pm and not one pound of freight has been loaded. When asked for an estimate of when the trailer would be loaded, this cliwn spouts off with his attitude. Just what you need to deal with after being on the road all day.DRIVERS BEWARE! YOU WILL WANT TO REACH THROUGH THE GLASS AND SLAP THIS GUY.

I had to apt at 10:00 am they gave me the door at 5:00 PM am left 10 pm delivery l spend 12 hours shipping. man works there, his name is Robert talking very rudely

This place is not a good place to pick up or drop off the guy in the front office. Is very, very rude. I had some choice words I wanted to say get mad when you ask a question. Good luck

Drop & hook. Very nice people. Yard jockey went above and beyond to help me. And I was able to take my 10 on site which is TREMENDOUSLY APPRECIATED considering there’s very little truck parking in the area. Thank you!!!

Took them 3 hours to unload it's not bad but the front desk they are so ignorant and they need to know how to communicate

To long of a wait to get unloaded... Arrows to receiving point to the back but when you get to the back there's a sign on the receiving that says go check in at the shipping.... They just need to put a sign as soon as you come in where to check

Best warehouse visited till date. Friendly staff i had appointment of 7 am i came night before at 11:20pm. They started me offloading ryt away.. Cool place

Been here early. They don't even check who is been waiting.try to check in morning appointment is afternoon guy said comeback at 12 came back the he come back at 3 pm they are not busy . I said take the paper call me when you want he won't take it justing time .
