I would say good job, but I asked multiple times and offered my son to help move the couches. He never said they were not doing under the couches. The company did not do that. I paid for the whole room and 30% is covered by the couch. I mentioned it many times and he skirted around it never said he would not do that part of the carpet like other companies do. I would just be very clear on what you expect. Half is on me as I had to leave for an appt, so i would have called it out, but my son did not know to. I would just assume when you hire to have a room cleaned it was expected to move and clean under the couches especially when mentioned multiple times.

Seth and Steve were very thorough. They used a two step process which made the carpets look great instead on the big name guys (which we have used) just run the wand over as fast they can and get out. Definitely will use again.Services: Carpet steam cleaning

Seth and his partner did a great job on my carpets. I moved into a house that had dogs before and the smell was hard to ignore. Their standard cleaning completely removed it. In fact, Seth could have easily tried to upsell me a special treatment for it but he said he didn't think it was necessary in this case. That kind of integrity is hard to find. Contacted on a Sunday evening, with expectation that I would hear back the following day, on Monday. My daughter had been told at the last moment that she needed the carpets of her apartment professionally cleaned before her exit inspection. I received a text back within 15 minutes (on Sun night) & conveyed the specifics of the job & the short timeframe that we were up against. I was able to schedule for that Wed at a very fair price. The carpets looked & smelled great after being cleaned by Prestigious Professional Carpet Care! Kudos to Seth for a job well done!Service: General carpet cleaning

They did a great job. There were pet stains that they were able to get out that I wasn't. They upholstery and rugs were not sopping wet as they had been with another cleaner that I had used.
