Shawn and Allan were fantastic. My brother recommended this place as I’ve been out of town for some years now. Great service, quick, and friendly. The last place I went to out of state scammed me and Shawn and Allan were honest with me and took care of my car. You can tell this place has a good reputation and their employees care! Will definitely be returning in the future for car services.great value and price.

For the most part good. They overtightened my lug nuts far beyond the 80 ft lbs that's specified. They of course denied this, so l guess l'm a liar.....right. So now l take in the wheels and tires separately so that doesn't happen again, it's a pain but l know how to not cross thread and not overtighten lug nuts as l have my own torque wrench. Maybe they changed, maybe not, but l'm not chancing it. They are friendly and timely though.

There is a reason Highland Tire wins awards as the best tire shop year after year. They are simply the best. The vending machine is well stocked with Famous Amos cookies and the ladies get a flower when you stop by. I always look forward to wear bars on my tires as that means I get to see them again!

Our trip to the Highland Integrity Alignment store in Natrona Heights, PA, was quite unplanned today. But having seen an unexpected issue with our tire, we called and they got us in and started working on our car even earlier than scheduled. They gave us a great price for new tires, alignment and fixing a bad tire sensor. Joe and Frank, I believe, were the guys at the counter and they were very helpful. Prior to this, we went to Highland Tire across the street (all family owned). We spoke with Shawn who helped us tremendously. He was awesome! It is so refreshing to have great customer service and they were top notch! I will be refer my family and friends to them. Thank you!!

Had some GoodYear tires put on here a few years ago. Service and price were great, but unfortunately after about 17,000 miles they were down to about 2-3/32 on all 4 wheels despite being new put on. Since Highland Tire didn't (and apparently doesn't) put the vehicle mileage on the paperwork GoodYear wouldn't honor their warranty and I was left purchasing Michelins somewhere else.

They pulled this 7 or 8 inch steel rod outta my tire and slicked me up so that I could get home. I really appreciated the whole experience. I ordered 4 new tires...it's all good.
