I got my car inspected and emissions and was done very quickly! Talked with everyone there for a bit they are very nice and will work with you as best they can! Definitely going back!

Me and my wife bought a car from them a week ago told us he replaced the power steering pump but here I am today with no power steering because it has a leak the computer in the car is damn near shot needs all new plugs and wires but he claimed there was nothing wrong with the car but had it at the shop today because well it sounded like it was gonna blow up smoking making noises etc and got a list of problems wrong with the car I know my fault should have paid more attention to the red flags I’m out $4 grand but this is me letting everyone else know to be careful when dealing with unknowledgeable used car sales man who claim to be mechanics.

Dan and the Family Auto Repair team are excellent. Communication is great, they are accurate with how long repairs will take, and the costs are always reasonable. I recently had a radiator core support replaced by them, which is a lot of front end disassembly and labor, and they had sourced the best part price and completed the work as scheduled. I highly recommend!

I travel for work and they were able to fit me in their schedule quickly. I even showed up late to my appointment and they still quickly inspected my car. The price was fair and didn't try to add on a bunch of extra repairs.

Giving a one star is still giving to much credit. I guess since I’m a female I was taken advantage of and sold a rust bucket, illegally inspected and VERY unsafe for the road but yet they watched me drive away with my daughter in the car. It’s ok the law will be taken over since they refuse to return my call and once proven he will be lucky to still be in business!!!!

Test drove a vehicle, accused me of breaking the rules of the road because I did a quick acceleration (you were doing 70! No sir I was not) to test the vehicle. And then got disrespectful with my husband (and yet didn’t want to talk to me when I got back) while I was on the test drive. Vehicle was filthy, and then he was rude when I got back. Proceeded to block both of us on Facebook so that I couldn’t leave a review there. Use caution, if they don’t want you test driving and actually testing it when you’re spending thousands. Also, listing on Facebook stated new inspection and it was not. So they also falsely advertise. Proceed with caution. They kept my license, which is illegal and then told my husband to call me, which is also illegal because you can’t be on the phone while driving. But hey you can’t break the rules of the road right.

I bought a car off of them and it started giving me problems 2 months later. Had to stop somewhere else to get it looked at. Turns out the whole underside was rusted out and they wouldn't touch it! They just inspected it when I bought it. It was deemed unsafe to drive! I had to contact the attorney general's office to get it replaced and the next one was rusted out too! Don't go there to buy a car!

I called them and asked what their labor rate for a repair. They said $100 / hr. I don't call that reasonable pricing.

My company uses a different mechanic for our fleet vehicles I prefer to use family Auto it's very rare that you have to wait for an appointment they just fix my brakes when I showed up always Fair they will not do any of the work until they tell you how much it will be and I appreciate that they're very honest about what they do and they're excellent excellent mechanics but I know nowadays it's hard to find one that's actually going to do a great job in stand behind their work but this place is like that they do excellent work I have used them for my company vehicle and my personal vehicles and I will just not take my vehicles any other place I highly highly recommend this place to anyone so if you need a good mechanic this is the place 100%Service: General repairs & maintenance
