I have NEVER experienced a more inept financial institution. Banking with dollar bank is like banking in the 1980. Dollar bank still can't figure out auto pay. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING EVER

Drive thru now only open until 5 also, what's the point of 2 Banks, same hours? Missing the large hours

This is a drive thru only bank, which is perfect for vehicular banking. I just want to note that this location sits in a plaza that once used to be extremely busy. However, on my most recent visit it appears that this plaza has shifted to a more business route than a retail route. Don't get me wrong, there are still retail shops in here, but nothing like it used to be. As for this branch, it is simple. Two stalls to drive thru at, one focusing on the ATM, the other focusing on the true banking. There is a third lane, but that is just a lane to allow those ones that choose to use the ATM on the side of the building. The one that you have to get out of your vehicle for. As for me, I came here for the vehicular banking, so I drove up to the ATM. Newer ATM, allows for deposits no matter your bank. If I remember correctly, no need for envelopes. It was a quick stop, especially since that is what I was looking for.

This places charges a 37 dollar overdraft fee if you even go negative 1 in your account. Plus a 5 dollar service fee every month compared to first commonwealth which only charges a 2 dollar service fee (only if you get your statements through mail) and if you go negative they will never charge you anything.

Went only negative 1 in my account because I miscalculated how much my electric bill would be. They charged me 37 dollars so now I'm almost negative 40 in my account. Definitely closing this account up fast.

I have been a Dollar Bank customer for over 40 years. I have maybe called the office in N. Hgts once or twice in the last year. I called last week and asked if I could get a copy of my checking ifstatement for the last month. I spoke to a lady and also a guy. I was told I would have to call the 800 number. I did and they told me the N. Hgts office would have to get that for me. Some people do not want to do their jobs. Do sad. Always trying to push their work off on somebody else. So sad. Very fussappointrd. Thus branch died not really seem that busy since the have the drive thru a block away. Do your jobs people..... my checking

Drive through wait times are ridiculously long without a line. Usually takes 20 mins for a simple deposit. Stay clear away from this bank

It's been there since 1855 which makes them the oldest business in the plaza it's small. You can't go inside but they have a couple ATMs and a drivethru with tellers inside. The good thing is it's a quick stop to withdraw money because it never seems real busy plus they have parking right in front of the ATM machines.
