If I could give this store zero stars I would. I understand everyone has bad days but almost everytime I go in there the staff is incredibly rude. The woman on morning shift is nice but if you get one of the Indian guys… good luck. I won’t be returning. He has screamed at me and my sister multiple times because the card machine doesn’t always read our cards (this is a recurring issue with more people than just us. We have regular debit cards.). I went in and got cigarettes one day and a few days later stopped again and the price changed by $3. They do the same with their Delta 8 pre-rolls. I went in a few days ago and they were 8 a piece. Two nights ago I got charged $10 a piece . I even stopped in again last night cause I needed some stuff and tried to talk to the guy and ask him about his day so he wouldn’t be rude(SPOILER ALERT: still rude as hell) these guys don’t deserve to have ownership of the gas station and I’m sure all the residents of Natrona Heights would appreciate some honest, kinder people. If you guys read this you better change your ways cause you’ve already been reported to BP.

I'll tell you what the people who took over this BP there's nothing but blood sucking scam artist. For one they're too damn cheap to buy paper to put in a gas pump for the receipt you have to go inside God forbid you buy five or six extra rolls rolls. Did the other thing is so I buy a pack of cigarettes for $8 and some change this morning then I go to buy another pack so I'll have for tomorrow they raised it three freaking in 6 hours I was talking to the punk rock kick their what time and I said off yesterday they were this amount he goes yeah we've been getting a lot of complaints when certain people are working that the price of cigarettes are are different with each person they don't care about anything they don't care about reviews they don't care about their customers nothing they just care about making money and it's sad how many times have I walked in there and listen to them talk a different language and wait two or three minutes until they decided to acknowledge I was even there it's actually sad and they don't care about their customers they know that people are going to come in and buy gas and their cigarettes and their lottery there just because they're there but pathetic and sad theives

Fix the store hours! Ur just making people go to Sheetz. Everything in this town closes early AF! A smart person would be the 1 that stays open late. Like Sheetz! Helllllooooo!!!

As of 1/7/22 you save .05 cents on gas when you pay cash, now that might at some point (hence the timestamp) but that's awesome. Great store for convenience as well.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. According to their website they close at 12am. Well, don't rely on that. I went by at 10:28 last night and they were already closed. I work night shift & like to get Red Bull before work. They close early every night so I'm taking my business to Sheetz.

I went in to the store in late December 2021, I had asked a simple question about a receipt and was interrupted and treated so beyond poorly that I went down the road to Sheetz for gas instead. This comes after a time an associate accused me of stealing from the convenience store. Furthermore, you cannot reach the owner or a high level manager. I have barred everyone in my household from supporting this gas station or any owned by the same individual.

Went to gas station 11/25/19 to buy instant lottery tickets the lady workn at 2:30 refused to wait on me..I was the only one inside..she said she had to wait on her "customers first" then A guy walked in and paid for gas n left..she contiued to ignore me..so I left..doesn't she no I'm a customer too!
Lottery people will be told about this..

On July 26th in the evening, I went into the store and asked the worker about the new puff bars that they had. We decided to go with a puff flow. When I got to my car I noticed that it didn’t work, so I took it in with the receipt and tried to exchange it and he said to come back In the morning for the manager. The next morning I came back at 630 am and the manager told me that I could not exchange it and was very rude and unprofessional. After an argument, she said she would not be helping me or asking the owner because of my attitude. That’s poor customer service. The reason for no return was I didn’t try the puff bar in the store and she tells everybody. Well I was not informed and never thought to hit a vape in a store during the COVID crisis. Poor management, customer service, and the place is the dump. Will never recommend or spend a penny there.

Don't buy puff bars there because the manager will not return them if they do not work. Within 10 hours overnight! Also she will tell you that since you are upset and have attitude that she will not be helping you. Don't forget to hit your puff bar in the store during the COVID crisis, because yes this is there policy everyone!!!!

Full disclosure, I have been an employee here before.While it is a very small, convenient stop, the owner takes massive short cuts and changes prices that are not supposed to be changed. Anything packaged inside like snap cakes and such I've never had a problem with, the cooler is an absolute mess. There has been mold, years worth of grime, old spilled milk and Turners tea that gets spilled and gets sticky and moldy under the shelves in the cooler. Not to mention, if you go to pump #9, your meter will VERY slowly go up without you pumping anything, which is not normal at all. There isn't much to choose from with it being a very small store.There is some good. You can get some items for a decent price, same 5¢ of /gallon if you pay with cash, which is cheaper than sheets or Valero, and cigarettes can be cheaper as well.The employees often come and go, with the ones that stay are typically very nice, even the ones I hadn't worked with before.Overall, it's small, convenient, and right off of route 28. But if you want something with more selection, I Sheetz is a 2 minute drive down the road.
