Great place for families! We're here almost every day of the week and am thankful to have a place like this in the community. My children are a part of the swim team and love the community of families attending here. We also make use of the child watch for our 1 year son which has been a blessing since I am a working mother. They have made improvements around the facility but it would be nice to see more updates...

Currently the YMCA is removing youth memberships for kids and focusing everyone to get family membership whether or not the parents use the facilities. Prices are 5 x more than a youth membership.I will not be re-uping my membership this year.

Seems like a standard YMCA. The workers and instructors are great. Seems a little outdated, but feel that's the norm with YMCA, they do have a nice sauna and steam room.

We are members because of the price, it certainly isn't because of the outdated equipment, or the old folks who look at you like you're in their way! My two kiddos and I go for $25 a month. We have access to Natrona heights, Allegheny valley and New Kensington. Natrona heights has a pool. Staff is sub par. You get your money's worth lol. Be careful, they take the money out on the 1st of every month this is something they didn't tell me when I signed up. They will give you a silent warning one time. Meaning they don't actually tell you ?. The second time your payment bounces you will be charged $30. I had no idea my payments were not going through as they had an outdated card.?

Love it here. Most of the staff is super nice and the equipment is decent. It's nice not having to wait for machines as well.

The Y wants $42.50 a month for membership to be closed on Sundays? How are you going to charge triple than any other gym around and alienate almost many of your would-be members? Most Americans have Sunday off and use that time to go to the gym or the like. Poor planning and an offensive price tag.Note: Plenty of other YMCA locations are open on Sunday.

Yoga teacher is the absolute best. The most caring human you will ever meet. I almost didn't post this because I don't want to share her.

Employees were rude and disrespectful, treated me with no consideration. Kicked me out for no reason and denied me entrance over an untrue accusation. Would not recommend, if you’re set on a ymca there is one ten minutes away in vandergrift that I can guarantee has better service after the way I was just treated here. Will never return.

I love going to the Allegheny YMCA! The staff is friendly and helpful, and I always get a good workout in. However, it is a little dated and could updating in some parts. Nevertheless, good workouts don't come from flashy equipment! They have many different classes, a great gym, and a fantastic pool with lifeguards that are helpful :)

It's very clean. Machines are spaced far enough apart. I can't wait to get back there.
