We took our 2016 Mazda CX-5 in to have some insurance repairs done on the under carriage of the car. We dropped the car off on Monday, mid-morning. They had Enterprise rent a car meet us at the shop with a rental, a new 2023 Nissan Rogue. We were told to expect the repairs to take a week because of how busy they were. We got a call at 3 pm on Wednesday that the car was finished. Not only did they finish quickly, they detailed the car and let us drop the rental off there for Enterprise to pick it back up. We would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I just had my F-150 in for PA inspection. Everything went great and Amanda was professional. I only took 1 star off since the text message that should have let me know when the truck was finished didn't come through, so I had to call and check.

We traded our Ford Focus for a 2022 Ecosport Es and the experience could not have been better. The Salesperson and Finance Manager were wonderful. Everything was smooth and fast. We actually just went in for information:) I highly recommend this dealership. We absolutely love our Ecosport! No pressure...they just made it so easy and good.

Dropped my car off for recalls. It had broken down and I had it towed to Cochran. My appointment was for a Friday, the first they had open, and the act was dropped off on Tuesday. They had it all done the day before my appointment was even scheduled! Great work, no charge to me, and fabulous service.

Yearly free inspection and the works package. I am handicapped and have some mobility issues All of the employees are very helpful and extremely friendly and professional . I purchased my Escape here in 2013 and never had any issues Replaced all tires in 2021 at excellent price. Great people and dealership and wife likes the free fresh coffee!

So I got a follow up call after my last poor service review. Have to admit, they tried to make it right. Took the car back, refunded my money, and tested it again. They still couldn't find the reason for the leak. They did, HOWEVER, claim to find a serious problem with my transmission that was going to lead to really bad expensive problems if I didn't address it now. HOWEVER, it would cost me $900 for the complete diagnosis as they had to tear it apart to get inside it to find the exact problem. I'd have to pay that out of pocket. They said though that since the car was still under warranty, after they submitted the claim, the $900 would be covered by the rest of the warranty repairs for the problem. Didn't have an opening on their schedule for three weeks though. So I took the appointment and asked for a written diagnosis of their findings so I could start a paper trail for the warranty provider. 3 weeks pass, and I get nothing. No return calls either. Drop the car off for the appointment, but had to pick it up again due to an emergency. Pick up the keys and actually talk to a person and ask for a write up of the need for the repairs. The guy could find NOTHING on the computer about the need for transmission work. Told him I needed SOMETHING in print to be able to show the warranty provider the need for the work. He took my name and number and said he'd get back to me after the weekend. Well, that was 3 weeks ago now and still no phone call, nothing. Funny how they can't find the actual problem, but can say I'll need extensive expensive transmission repairs. And yet still not put it officially on any kind of record. Even their own. I wouldn't trust the Natrona Heights service department to change my oil. Tried scamming me to make their money back on their failed work by inventing a new problem. You've been warned.

I bought a brand new 2020 Chrysler Pacifica from Cochran Chrysler, and less than six months later the cruise control stopped working. I took it to the Service Center and they said they were unable to fix it, waiting on some sort of advice from Chrysler on how to do so. Weeks later, my cruise control still does not work, and they still say they can't fix it. I don't know if this is a Cochran problem or a Chrysler problem, either way, I'd do business elsewhere. I didn't spend $50k on a vehicle for basic functionality not to work, and to be told that they "can't" fix it.

Took my 2018 F-150 Lariat in for inspection and oil Change. They called and informed me there were issues I was unaware off. Oil pan was dripping oil, 4 wheel drive wasn't working properly and the timing chain was making noise. Major repairs were made under the power train warranty in a more than timely fashion. Drives like a brand new truck. I can't say enough about their Service

Went to Cochran looking for a car to replace my van. I didn't need the van anymore and looked at a sedan. Morgan came out introduced himself we went in to his office showed me the details and within a couple of hours later the sale was secured. Quick, professional, and respectful.

Took my vehicle to Cochran in Zelie for repair. They took my car to Natrona Heights without telling me. They drove my car there when I was told I should not drive it because of the damage. They did a good job in repairing the parts, but they were not clean (someone had dirty hands when working on the inside of my car) and someone damaged my car while at their business. If I did not point out the damage, they would not have said anything. When I saw the damage they owned up to it and repaired it. They seem to return vehicles that are half done and hope you don't notice it. They need an employee to review their work and tell them what needs to be done before returning the car, like a customer service manager.

Horrible experience, everyone in the service department is rude, mean and will openly lie to you. Completely incompetent as well, you'd be better off doing the work yourself after watching YouTube videos. Avoid this place like the plague!

I've been coming to Cochran for many years now, specifically this location. It doesn't matter if it's Dodge, Ford wherever I always receive incredible customer service. Free lifetime inspection-I needed tires, they were patient with me while I called other places and priced everything to see what was the best deal. I drive over an hour to visit their location and it's worth it! Quality and Customer Service!
