Very simple transaction, salesman took my offer made it happen. sent in the insurance and driver's license information in advance, spent less than a half hour at the dealership to pick up my new truck.

I had an alignment and 4 tires put on my Taurus. It took almost 3 hours. Worse than that was the fact my wheels had grease all over them. I had to scrub my wheels. I was there a week prior for an inspection. There was a big greasy hand print on my hood and my windshield was smeared from replacing the stickers.

Sales department is excellent shame service can’t be the same. We’ve been having issues with our Chrysler Hybrid van. Not the dealers fault. What is their fault is their service advisor Chris.Completely utterly incompetent. Forget the issues with the van, he can’t even get a phone number right. Every time my wife has dropped her van off she has given her phone number and for them to call her because I can’t answer while I’m at work. My wife would ask questions so he always calls my phone, ignoring instructions, because he knows he’ll get my voicemail.Van has been in several time for the same issue, mechanics don’t want to work on warranty work because it doesn’t pay as much. They run a diagnostic code check, drive it for a mile say they can’t find anything and send it on their way. Meanwhile this van has shut down in traffic several times almost causing accident and injury. We have bought Fords from Cochran and never had an issue with their service department.Update: I am currently working with Charlie the service manager to resolve my issue after I put the this review up. After a day where the van shut down every 17 miles on a 153 mile trip. Charlie was able to give us a rental the day we showed up with the van that day at their shop. That is a feather in his cap.We still believe Chrysler should take ownership and Lemon Law this thing, that is not Cochran’s fault. However we now need a transmission in a 2 year old van. Which I have no confidence is going to fix the issue I believe it is with the hybrid drive a fix that they would probably cost wise would have to buy back the vehicle.

Kurt Meixner was an excellent sales person. He was low pressure, informative, patient with helping us find what we needed. We did two separate days of test driving (including strapping our own car seats in to ensure a good fit for the family) and finally pulled the trigger on the third visit. Great service and experience all around. Not to mention RAM makes a dang good truck that probably sells itself, but it helps to have good people standing behind it. Thanks!

Took the Jeep in for state inspection at 87k miles. We knew it was going to need things so we were expecting a large list. The technician working on the vehicle sent us a video showing us exactly what was needed and suggestions for maintenance. Explaining as he went around the vehicle was very helpful. We then got a text from the advisor with pricing and the time it would take to do the repairs. We picked what we wanted done and the work was preformed in a timely manner. I have 3 Jeeps and will continue to bring them all back for repairs and maintenance. Best dealership in the area.

The service manager was helpful with information and solving an issue I had. They drove me to my house to pick up my insurance card since the current card in my glove box was past its expectation date.I couldn't thank them enough how I was treated. They were all very nice.

I've been getting my oil changes here for quite some time. They're the only ones besides the dealership that puts in the correct oil (I've had oil change centers put in the wrong oil & then I have to pay someone else to put in the correct oil). The wait time is better when you go first thing in the morning. I was in & out in about hr so that's good & they usually have some pretty good deals on oil changes

Nico Scampone was great to work with. I brought my ram in with a tailgate recall and an issue with the starter, and the guys took care of everything with no issues. They even went the extra mile and sent me a detailed video of the repairs made. It was a great experience, and I will be back. Thanks Nico

I just had my F-150 in for PA inspection. Everything went great and Amanda was professional.I only took 1 star off since the text message that should have let me know when the truck was finished didn't come through, so I had to call and check.

The service was excellent from scheduling my appointment and until my jeep was finished. Text messages were answered quickly and the video by the service technician was excellent. Thank you so much.

Came in for emissions and state inspection. Was told my tie rod end needs to be replaced. Was quoted 600 dollars for 1 side. Even with their 170 dollars labor and raising cost of the tie rod end (which calls for 2 hours) Labor 170 X 2 = 340 tie rod end cost 49.99 and at a 20% raised price would be 60 bucks. Totaling 400. How does it cost 600? Where’s the other 200 from. Yea as a 25 year master technician I wouldn’t let them touch any car and they should be reported but the service guy didn’t give me my paper with the quote. Definitely a shady dealership ? DO NOT TRUST!!!

Everyone was very nice. But I still have un issue that is still unresolved. There is a clunky noise in my front. I believe it’s an a arm. Or something like that. It happens every time I turn and/ or hit un uneven pavement. The shop could not find the issue. I did some of my own research and a guy replaced his whole front end and it ended up being rust up by the an arms that was under all the plastic. I think it’s an issue with jeeps.

Drove in for an oil change unannounced. This would be at the quick lube center to Dodge dealership in Natrona Heights. Told me it would probably be after lunch as there was two people ahead of me. I knew that and had my laptop and was doing some work while I waited. The service was so terrible that I was unable to finish my work before they were done. That's a joke. The technician decided to get it done before his lunch break and I was out in under an hour.Well done.

Overall a good experience. Took vehicle in for an oil change/tire rotation. Went to pickup my vehicle, made it a few miles down the road, and felt an odd vibration. Pulled over to find the lug nuts on the left front weren’t tightened down leaving the wheel to almost fall off. Contacted Chris George, he sent a tech up to tighten the wheel down, I went back and they gave me a loaner to get me home while they replaced my wheel, nuts and studs from this incident. I understand mistakes happen and was more disappointed than mad, hopefully the tech doesn’t get in trouble, he is human like everyone else, and Cochran Ram made it right by replacing the damaged parts.
