When I dropped off my car the gentleman came and looked at my car and he had a quote done the same day. The rental car service had my rental ready! I received communication through phone calls and texts of the status of my car! When my car was finished, I went to pick it up and dropped off my rental. They even cleaned the inside of my car and it smelled amazing! I have to say that Jess at the front counter is amazing at her job! She is so pleasant!!

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, we drove over an hour to look at a used suv. We walked in and not one sales person walked up to us we had to go and find one. That was our first mistake, we should of looked for the sales manager. The salesman we got brought the car around and we told him we wanted it and we had cash, he told us it needed to be inspected and cleaned and he would call us when it was ready. One week later still no call we finally got a hold of our salesman and he told us that another salesman sold the car right after we left. So, if you want a car, go somewhere else, these guys could care less about their customers.

Our RV broke down at Mountain Top campground and we had it towed to Cochran Ford. They were all so friendly and were able to fix our RV 3 days early allowing us to take it home rather than us having to drive 5 hours back to get it! They also emailed pics of the damage to our insurance company for us.

#1 Cochran Ford Allegheny Valley is a great business. They are efficient and very nice! When my car is done they even offer to drop it off! This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve been there for warranty work or recall work!

Hey, you all might want to update your website. Your Natrona Heights location is listed online as closing at 5, imagine my surprise when I went to pick my truck after 3pm to find the location closed. To top it off, the location is closed on Sunday....so no vehicle until Monday. Very dissapointing.
UPDATE: You responded "Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate the feedback. See you next time! We're here for you anytime"
Apparently you're here for me except after 3pm on Saturday and not on Sunday. I Still didn't have my vehicle at all for the weekend. What a lousy canned response.

I was towed in and they were so customer oriented it was nice on an already stressful morning. They kept me informed the entire time and had my truck fixed within 24 hours. You get what you pay for and these guys are top notch!
