Incompetent staff, packages go missing. Or they won't deliver for various reasons. You have to physically go to the PO to inquire why its been three days to receive a package. They will state there was a pink note in the mailbox, when there was none to be found. The next day they will put the notice in your box as a big FU to the customer. Once I had a package go missing they swore they delivered, only to have that package that was supposedly delivered show up A YEAR LATER!!! Government workers at the best. Can't get fired for not doing a halfway job.

Even being so short staffed, they are still pleasant and accommodating. We see how hard they're working to get as much as they can to the customers and we appreciate it!

SO many times my packages say that they are out for delivery and then don't show up. Then the mail carrier forgets to actually deliver it, and I have to physically go to the post office in person the next day to find this. Once it happened when this person went on vacation and we couldn't contact them. I really don't appreciate you scanning items that are out for delivery, and then I wait around all day for nothing to come.
