“Took my son (who is newer to golf) for a fitting. To be honest I was also curious about the PXG brand and mystique. Our fitters, Drew and Rich were both very patient and excellent fitting my son. In addition to the fitting they walked us through the clubs and key differentials with the brand. Amazing experience and looking forward to a return visit.”

“This place is such a treasure!! Here you will find great people and a fun store with reasonable prices for fashionable clothing, hip accessories and must-have candles, chocolates, and unique housewares. Not only are they a local business worth supporting, but they themselves go out of their way to source cool items from other local providers. Oh, and did I mention the sewing?! They have super popular sewing classes and camps. If I could give them ten stars, I would!!”

“I bought my wedding dress out of town, and needed somewhere in Philly to get it altered. Philly bride did such an amazing job altering my gown! It was a ballgown with a lot of beading, several layers and a long train, and they did an amazing job taking it in, hemming, and making a bustle that was easy figure out on the day and really looked great. For all that work, I also found the price very reasonable. I am so happy I worked with Philly bride.”

“La Bella Moda is what bridal salon dreams are made of!!!!!!My mom and I went to La Bella Moda, as a very casual, “get our hands wet” situation. It was my first ever time trying on any wedding gowns and I really wanted to go to have the experience with only my mom, more than anything. Gabby, the owner, spent the morning with us and helped us through the process. After listening to me and my likes, and going through only a handful of dresses, she ended up pulling something for me that I never in a million years would have picked for myself but ended up being the dress we bought that SAME DAY!I can’t speak highly enough about Gabby and La Bella Moda. She made this experience with my mom SO special. She was attentive, patient, kind, and made us both feel extremely comfortable. Above all, it is very clear Gabby knows what she is doing when it comes to finding the right dress for a bride. It took no time at all for her to pull the exact dress I ended up buying. I felt as though Gabby was just a long time friend who we were celebrating with as opposed to a sales person.I would choose this place time and time again if I could!”

“Great experience today at Elizabeth Maar in Haverford. I have recently changed sizes and am not yet fully comfortable- did not know what look I was going for but i wanted updated clothing. The staff and owners were so helpful and fun; they helped me pick out a few new things and pushed my comfort zone but without being pushy. There is a reason they have been in business this long.”

“Large selection to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. My only complaint would be that they only had 1 person on the register and charging 25 cents for a bag. I get the plastic bag ban,but if I just spent $100 odd dollars on a suit, it seems like a bag isn't asking too much ?”
“I love this boutique! If you need a cute dress for a wedding, or any type of fun outfit, this is your place. I discovered when I moved here a few years ago that I couldn’t find unique and flattering dresses in Center City (they were either sky high prices or low-quality clothes) but this store hits the sweet spot of great quality but not overpriced. And the owner and staff go above and beyond. I highly recommend!!”

She hemmed the bottom, brought in the sides, and tightened the top. I highly recommend this spot, and she completed the job in 2 days!
