I have always found this post office and Tony my mail carrier to be efficient and pleasant. Most of the posted low ratings are about passport services not normal post office business.

Don’t be fooled by the passport walk in hours on sat. even though it’s only a 30min window they will only take the first 2 in line.

If you have to go here for a passport, you might want to call ahead to make sure they can honor your appointment. And also double check that the USPS employee you work with filled out the application properly. Ideally, pick another location.

Well I was there on time for passport renewal, why blame me on not filling out application's ahead of time, not being treated friendly, I know not enough employees working in the office, I have been there several times and always got good service that is why I picked this office for passport renewal. Even though I don’t have enough time but still I deserved a better service!!!!

Kurt is the absolute BEST! We have gone to Narbeth post office twice for new passports and renewals and have had the best experience. He is extremely efficient and unbelievably kind. Thank you Kurt!!!!!

Very very bureaucratic attitude, and lazy ppl there. Only take 2 applications for passport service during the walk in hour, event there is a lot of time left. The web doesn't indicate the restriction.

I had a wonderful experience ordering my passport thanks to Kurt. I walked into this post office early Saturday morning on 3/16/23. I took a chance because I did not have an appointment. Kurt asked me if I had all my documents (which I did), and then told me he would be right back.He walked away for literally only a minute, came right back, and started the process of ordering my passport. He was super quick but extremely thorough during this process. Kurt did not miss a beat. He was very patient and kind as well. I was dreading having to make this visit (to any post office) because many years ago when I obtained my first passport, it took what felt like hours in line to order it. Well, I was in and out within 10-15 minutes tops, maybe less.Thanks Kurt! Excellent customer service from start to finish. :)

Excellent customer service. 0 wait time. John was very thorough and helpful with my passport application. I was done in less than 10 minutes--I even had to have my ID photo taken! That post office itself was nice, too; very clean and quaint. 10/10 would recommend going out of your way to get your passport application sorted here.

really awful customer service here. my girlfriend went in for a passport application. we’d gotten some bad info from the usps website about which documents we could bring, so we brought the wrong ones. so we left without filling the application. that’s annoying, but it’s not what my review is about.my girlfriend went in without me at first and the staff was incredibly rude to her. the man at the counter wouldn’t stop interrupting her to let her speak. he was condescending as a starting point, and built to rude and demeaning from there.i went in a few minutes later and the staff was friendly until i mentioned the previous interaction, then rude to me as well.really really unhappy with the way she was treated. it reeks of sexism, and i expected better from a government service.

I had our Passports done on 01/23/2023 for my family (2 kids and 2 adults). I wish I got the name of the man helping us. He was beyond helpful fast and so kind to my kids. I thought this would be a long process and it took 30 minutes for the 4 of us. He was fast and efficient. I love how he new all the customers coming in and how he spoke to them. Great customer service which is hard to come by anymore. Thank you!!

Holiday-busy, but new guy (HAS to be, he was superflously and cheerily talkative with a line waiting) made it close to intolerable! I guess customers with other humans, work, or service in their lives wouldn't mind but--it's the winter solstice holidays, yo! (Or should I say, BAH, HUMBUG!?)
