I have always found this post office and Tony my mail carrier to be efficient and pleasant. Most of the posted low ratings are about passport services not normal post office business.

Kurt is the absolute BEST! We have gone to Narbeth post office twice for new passports and renewals and have had the best experience. He is extremely efficient and unbelievably kind. Thank you Kurt!!!!!

Excellent customer service. 0 wait time. John was very thorough and helpful with my passport application. I was done in less than 10 minutes--I even had to have my ID photo taken! That post office itself was nice, too; very clean and quaint. 10/10 would recommend going out of your way to get your passport application sorted... read full comment
