No matter what you think of this Rite Aid store... I love all the people that work there... Manager... The cashiers... I've been coming there for a long time. I'm sorry that Rite Aid is closing a lot of their stores now... I will miss the people that I would come in and say hello to.

Don't use this pharmacy if you need medication urgently. I had a prescription called in from the ER at 4 am. When I went to pick it up the next morning at 9, they hadn't even entered the order into the system. 25 minutes later (while I was waiting), it still wasn't ready. Since I had to go to work, I could not start the prescription until that evening. Imagine how long I might have had to wait for something that was not an emergency! I guess I understand why they are going bankrupt.

Lets start this off with saying If I could give this a lower rating I would. I visited this store with some friends of mine Christmas Eve hoping to go in and grab some snacks to enjoy the rest of our night. This was going as planned until this rude, impolite, disrespectful, uncivil, ill mannered employee walks up to the door as we are walking in and screams, "NOPE, GET OUT." This was our first time at the store ever and it was 8:45. The store closes at 9:00 and we had no idea when it closed. This grumpy old man disrespectfully insults us after we asked him "why" to his heinous greeting. Even though we were very peacefully talking to him he finds the need to manually shut the automatic doors even though we are not even near them as his way of exemplifying the fact that the store was "closed" even though there was still 15 minutes until it really closed. I will never be shopping here again and I hope this horrible man gets what he deserves.

My family has a complicated prescription situation, and the pharmacists at this Rite Aid have been superb. They are kind and respectful and go above and beyond to make that Rx magic happen. I always leave there exclaiming, "They are just *SO NICE* there!" If you've never felt delight after a trip to the pharmacy, you need to check these folks out.

The pharmacists and staff are just fantastic, and exceedingly kind. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty repeatedly, by helping to find me the best price on medications and by assisting me with curbside pickup during covid. They are also super friendly--I have really enjoyed the chats. Thank you!

I was give the wrong medication and no one seemed to care, my script was for a very important medication and I instead was given a vitamin and no one seemed to care. Now I will address my concern with Corp Headquarters hope no one get's killed in the meantime. If I could rate it lower than a one I would.

What matters the most for a Pharmacy is accuracy. I usually got my annual flu shot at this place. You were always asked to fill out a screening form including your current address and phone number. After I got my flu shot on 08/26/2016, I was given a piece of paper with all of the medical information. However I discovered later that the pharmacist in-charge on 08/26/16 typed my address incorrectly even with typos. I went to the store on 08/30/16 to ask for a correction of my address since I need to use this piece of paper as proof that I had my flu shot. The same female pharmacist was there and she was not happy when I asked her for the address correction. What's worse was that she mentioned that I did not pay anything for the flu shot. The fact is my insurance paid for the flu shot. The one star was just for this female pharmacist and her performance. Most other pharmacists there are just nice and professional.

This is literally the worst pharmacy ever - they have a ridiculous policy of checking IDs like you're a criminal, they won't tell you on the phone if they have your medicine in stock, and yet they still manage to be the rudest, slowest people ever.

I don't usually review drug stores, but this one deserves a comment. I've been trying to speak to a pharmacist for 2 days, intermittently calling and pressing the buttons that navigate listeners through flu shots etc etc. It just gets stuck in a loop with no human voice at all - even for a health professional to speak to the pharmacist about a prescription. At one point a woman did say 'hello' and the immediately put me on hold without another word. Five minutes later, I gave up and called CVS instead. Bad business practice. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I often come to this Rite Aid with my grandsons. I think this is a pretty good store. Good location and nice variety. Items are often on sale too. Sometimes, they have fairly long lines, which seems to bother a lot of customers. As my grandson, Lou, pointed out to me, having more employees at this store, while making it more convenient, really can't be justified from a cost basis because often there are no lines at all. But, be prepared to wait in a line at times, which doesn't bother me. My grandsons got me a brand new iPhone, which I read while waiting in line. I went in yesterday with my grandsons, Lenny and Larry, and purchased a bunch of drinks, protein cookies and extreme dark chocolate. We also got a stuffed animal for my youngest grandson, who we call Ace (his real name is Adam), and a strange but cool-looking figurine (that they had for sale for some reason) for the men's bathroom at our pool house. They sell pet food and supplies too and we bought a new collar for one of our dogs, "Belly," who my grandkids love and spoil to death. There happened to be a long line yesterday (but there isn't always). To make things go more quickly, I told the cashier not to bag anything and I would just put things in my cart and take them out directly to my car. He said that was fine and then I was stopped in the parking lot by an employee, who asked me why I had no bags and it looked strange. I showed her my receipt and told her I asked for no bags and the cashier said it was fine. I was looking out for the environment and trying to make the line go more quickly. Oh well. As my grandsons, Larry and David often say, "no good deed goes unpunished." This is still a good store though. Will come back.
