Not only did they get everything done on time, they made it so easy and were so friendly PLUS they washed the car inside & out! They even buffed the headlights clear! This is a 2008, so the headlights were kinda dingy and foggy and they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! “Since i’ve been to Marty’s, I will not take my car anywhere else. I’ve always been a bit nervous talking to mechanics because i’ve been taken advantage of before, but everyone at this shop is honest, fair, and I’ve never waited more than a day for my car to get fixed. Plus Marty always has free treats to give out for some reason lol twice in a row I walked out with bags of fresh rolls! Heck he even had one of his mechanics come and pick me up with my car when it was finished because I didn’t have a ride and he didn’t want me and my son to walk the mile to pick it up. “Expert service in handling a major repair involving imported parts. The attention to detail and final product is impressive and the fit is a absolutely factory finish. Supply chain and labor shortage created the new-normal delays, and my only minor complaint is that there was a lack of communication regarding status in the face of all that. But in the end, the final product more than makes up for it. Steve was terrific at interacting with my insurance company and the rental car agency. And was a real grown up on accepting responsibility for some of the issues, which is really all it ever takes to make up for most problems. I appreciated that. And as I say, there is simply no arguing with the extraordinary quality of the work that was completed. Of course I hope I never have to come back, but if I do need body work it will be done by classic.”

I was able to use my auto insurance with them after scraping my car and got an intake appointment relatively fast when other shops were booked out 2-3 weeks. They were so great and easy to work with, and were even ahead of schedule with my car’s repair. I appreciated the text service with updates on the repairs - it was great to know what stage of repair they were on so I could stay informed. Their customer service and service team were all incredibly nice and friendly and answered any and all questions I had, making sure I was totally informed along the entire process and what repairs were done.
