I asked for something beautiful for my daughter on her first day of work as a doctor. I wanted "breath taking", you be the judge. They died the following day and it was $107 delivered. Very sad. I'm on a fixed income and out of state so I couldn't make it up to her. I could have made a prettier arrangement from grocery store flowers. The girl that took the order was nice and said she would send me a picture, I never got the picture of the flowers except from my daughter.
Customer Service is not dead. They called me and apologized for the flowers and made it right by sending another arrangement. Much better and I appreciate the friendly service. Thanks for making my daughter happy.
