Had 2 guys working the kitchen. Made us wait 20 minutes for a thing of cheese sticks, but when made me more upset was I got sampler, only relieved 2 out of 3 the items and 1 of them was wrong. Very disappointed!

Every time I get food they always forget one or more items and are genuinely really bad and slow at making food, almost always burnt or undercooked

I would give more stars but the No overnight parking signs in the truck parking really disappointed me. Foods great employees are very friendly. That’s the only reason for 3 stars, I’d give less but the employees really are great here. I truck across 22 4 times a week and always try to stop in here for a bite to eat, but the no overnight truck parking really disappoints me. Used to be a huge fan of sheetz but doing that to truckers isn’t right. Finding truck parking anymore isn’t fun. I’ve always been a sheetz fan but I don’t think I am anymore because of this.

Everything great since the remodel except no electric charging station! Was hopeful this could be my daily stop (I spend anywhere from $10-$50 at gas stations per day bc I travel for work) but now need to find one with a charger. Five stars if this gets remedied for sure

Went in and ordered $50+ of made to order food while traveling & gentleman was very rude. Threw my food across the counter. Smashed the nachos crushed everything else. It was horrible. Laughed about it and walked away... Then when asked fir a manager a lady said she wasn't there then another lady comes over and says she is a manager but that she can't do anything about it... Like seriously you can refund me and have the food your employee destroyed back.. Oh we can't do that because it's damaged and spilled... UMMM YOUR EMPLOYEE is who did it.... Not my problem was her response... Don't go here its a waste of money and service is horrible

After long anticipation of Sheetz opening back up. I take a few orders.( I checked the website. They're open) I'm excited. It's been a while. I go there aaaaand. They're closed til tomorrow. I'd give it no stars. But that's not an option. Thanks.

tried to purchase a case of beer and was denied by the manager because she said my id was fake. she refused to scan it aswell. she gave it back thank god, because it’s my valid drivers license? but if she was that sure it was a fake i think your suppose to confiscate it. Glad i waited 21 years to get told my id is fake and refused to purchase from my own local sheetz.
