“Joe was accommodating and very helpful when we originally had a reservation at another location that wasn’t able to uphold the reservation. Joe took care of everything, from getting us setup with another box truck to handling the other reservation and canceling it for us. Really appreciate how helpful he was, definitely will be returning.”

“Very good experience with rock solid. Was very easy to set up a unit online, used the unit for a year or so and my items were safe, clean, and dry. When I no longer needed the unit, the owner was very kind and canceled my plan quickly without any issue. Highly recommend!”
