Pharmacy just kind of shows up whenever they want to, will let you sit at the drive through for over 30 minutes with no response either (this was during operating hours and not their lunch break). Following through with corporate.

I use this pharmacy frequently! I could patronize other stores but I prefer the Nanty Glo Rite Aid. Not only for prescriptions, flu shots, and various vaccines; but also for incidentals, makeup, snacks, and OTC medications. The pharmacy staff members are friendly, polite, and helpful. No matter how busy they are, you are never rushed and they never hesitate to answer questions. The cashiers are friendly and have always greeted me upon approach and offer assistance. It's a clean and well-stocked store. There is nothing not to like!

Was about to go on a trip and decided to stop in here to look for a few traveler sized items. Never hurts to have some on hand and it is easier to take when you fly. Honestly I was hungry too so I was looking for a snack to take with me as well.I browsed a bit in the sections I knew I wanted to be in. I looked over the items, but nothing was popping out. And what I did see I knew I could get cheaper elsewhere.I then went over to the areas that had the snacks and made sure to check out the cooler. I found a few snack items and grabbed myself an iced tea. I then made my way to the registers.It took a bit of time to get through the registers. Like most Rite Aid location you stop at you have to wait to have an employee to show up at the register. I wasn't the only waiting at this point. Finally an employee showed up and surprisingly enough the line moved rather quickly.

Pharmacy staff rude. Don't acknowledge you are waiting and make no effort to be hospitable. To the point of being disrespectful.

Some great employees who know what they're doing. Other's have no clue & u end up paying more of a co-pay. After years of using the same pharmacy. My son went 2 get my medicine & the woman there was so rude & smart with him. He's 25 & said she made him feel like dirt. I've NEVER complained, but many other's have. Just better 2 switch pharmacies after going through a fiasco each time.
