I was very impressed with their service. They offer good rental cars and they handled all of the paperwork for me. The repair looks great too. The whole experience was easy and painless.

Took our car there for a deer accident, first it took them 2 weeks longer than it was supposed and they didn't even notify us we had to call to find out ourselves, then when we picked up the car the battery kept dying and we had to end up taking it somewhere else to get the correct battery put in our car because George's put the wrong battery in it, then here it is a month later and we are buying new tires because they didn't align the car and when I called to ask about it, not only will they not fix it he hung up on me. I will never go back there or take even my tricycle there.

2021 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback: Front end repair.I found this place on my way to and from work. After hitting a deer a several months ago, I was thinking my car would be totalled 100%. However, when I approached this place, they made the process reassuring and put my mind at ease. It took a little longer than I thought it would but I basically got a brand new car after it was all said and done! Thank you to the team at George's Collision Center for doing an amazing job!

UPDATE: NOW WE'RE TOLD, THE WRONG GRILL PIECES WERE ORDERED. INSTEAD OF CALLING US TO ASK IF THE COLOR REALLY WAS AN ISSUE, THEY JUST SENT THEM BACK, & NOW THE REPAIR IS DELAYED EVEN FURTHER! A WEEK & A HALF FOR WHAT WAS PROMISED TO BE A 4 DAY JOB! NEVER AGAIN!I'm afraid they are biting off more than they can chew or just blowing smoke. My husband was told when this appointment was scheduled that my car would be taken in on a Monday & done that Thursday. When he called that Wednesday, he was told it would be done Friday. He called back that Friday & he was then told there were 2 cars ahead of mine & that next Tuesday or Wednesday it would be done. He asked Wednesday by the latest but got no answer. I need my car. I can't afford a rental. I am very disappointed by this garage, as I had heard nothing but good things about them.Service: Painting

I went to George's the first time for an inspection. They were the only garage that would do this for me. The second time was because I got bad gas and didn't know what to do after my gas was treated because my car kept shutting down and had all kinds of lights on the dash. They reset everything for me right away. The third time was when my driver's side window wouldn't go up. They put my window back up and ordered the part I need. They got me in the same day I called. I couldn't get in anywhere else. I am a devoted customer now. I won't go anywhere else. The place is easy to get to, doesn't make you wait, very reasonably priced, excellent and very friendly service from all employees, clean, and a very nice place. I will recommend them to anyone who asks for great car service.
