Stay clear of the drive thru on Wednesday @ 12:30, the guy working the drive thru told me he’d get my prescriptions, it was 12:30, At 1pm I figured he probably forgot about it! Meanwhile the 2 vehicles behind me got disgusted and left. I decided to drive around and go in and probably find that maybe he forgot! It could happen! I asked him where’s my prescriptions. He said it just got finished. I told him I was texted it was ready for pickup! He then stated sarcastically, now you’ll have to go to the back of the line or go in the drive thru behind everyone! I guess his comment for not doing his job was my punishment! In the same token the other pharmacy people their have always treated me nice!

Pharmacy needs help.. wait times on phone and drive-thru are ridiculous! Plus not to mention them messing up my medications and not having things in stock. Horrible service

Terrible... Transferred script online twice and got confirmation numbers. No status change in my account online. I called and left a message *with all the details* @ 11:23 am and NEVER got a call back! I call the pharmacy the next day to follow up. They do not even address the issue in lack of response or service failure. They instead chose to be ignorant. I will be transferring the script again to WALMART! This is medication not cookies they are dealing with.

this pharmacy is terrible!!! the male pharmacist is rude degrading and an arrogant a-hole.. I've heard them talking down about patients and giving me dirty looks when picking up my prescriptions. I'm a college educated registered nurse and if I did even a 1/4 of the things they did i would be fired and lose my license to practice.. this is an absolute disgrace on the medical community as a whole.. he was doing a drive through pick up and asked the patient if they needed they're OxyContin and the other pharmacist laughed and said of course they do under they're breath... they have nooooo idea what is going on with these people. they fill medications. they should keep they're judgmental attitudes in check. what a shame. I'm embarrassed to have been born in this town. I wish my insurance would allow me to go ANYWHERE else... ugh what a shame. maybe they should continue to wear face masks to hide they're judgmental expressions.. and don't get me started on needing a lunch break because as a professional and a college graduate time management is actually a class something I actually learned in first grade. If you need a lunch break as an adult, you don't know time management.

The front staff are rude, argumentative and incompetent. This store is a UPS drop off point. I go in at least once a week (as well as other CVS stores) to drop off a package.The scanner they use has the ability to enter your phone number or email to get a receipt. (I found this out 6 months ago bc of the nice employee at a DIFFERENT CvS...my current one never even told me about this!) Well, every single time I go in to drop off a package, I ask to get the confirmation texted to me. The associates tell me every time that they don't do that.Today topped the cake. The "operations manager" (a middle aged Caucasian women with black hair) (not sure how she ever became a manager with her attitude) told me they don't give receipts/confirmation. I told her that yes they do.She proceeded to FIGHT with me for 5 min! In the amount of time she took to fight with me, she could have just did as I asked In 1/10th of the time. I KNOW they do it, the employees are just too LAZY! She then said "MY manager told me not to give receipts/confirmation anymore". I told her that I highly doubt that and I'm pretty sure that would be illegal to not give me proof that I dropped something off considering they would be responsible for the item if I dropped it off there , then I want PROOF!Bottom line, they all have bad attitudes and are lazy and don't want to do a basic thing. I've worked in this field as I was a manager at Walgreens for 3+ years. Associates like you find in this store would have been fired after 2 warnings. This review will fall on deaf ears though bc there are so little people wanting to work, they are basically not able to fire anyone or they wouldn't have any employees.! I also called corporate and submitted a complaint ticket. I doubt anything will be done.Also, these positive reviews you see are obviously PAID positives as they are as generic verbage as you can get and no one would leave this store glowing reviews!

The drugstore is a small part of what's available here. There is such a large selection of household and holiday items, decorations and consumables that one can easily spend an hour just looking around. There are unique collectibles at reasonable prices and good discounts. I have to say that at least this location has it going on. If you haven't been there in a while it's worth checking out. Also, the UPS drop off location and photo printing services are a huge bonus.

The male pharmacist here is very rude. When he is on staff, he never answers the phone and sends it to voicemail. When he does answer, he's a complete jerk. He's short with you and hangs up before you even finish talking. The blonde pharmacist lady is very sweet and the only reason I didn't rate this a 1.

CVS in Nanticoke Pa is by far outstanding! Great customer service and I’m able to find everything I need easily at every visit! Highly recommended and 5 stars! I love the extra bucks and store coupons! Absolutely Phenomenal!

Worst Pharmacy EVER!! I didn’t even want to give it one star!! They don’t attempt to refill your prescriptions until you’re at the store trying to pick them up and it’s probably easier to get the mayor on the phone instead of these people! N they have no problem hanging up on you after waiting 15+ minutes to get a live person on the phone and say it was an accident or that they didn’t do it. How many times can you “accidentally” hang up on someone?! I’m sure I’m not the only one and no I wasn’t being ignorant to anyone or demanding anything on the phone. This has happened so many times after them, asking me for my birthday and while I am saying it they hang up! Done dealing with them! And they’re constantly saying they need to call the provider for a verification. I’ve literally heard my physician leave them a voice message with exact instructions in details, and they still needed to call my provider for a verification. ??♀️

Long wait times & don't care to look up or ask for personal info such & charged out of pocket for a medication I didn't even recieve that took way too much of our time energy & gas with the car running until I received any medicine even after being charged non received until 3 days later after as pain medicine not needed & still awaiting refund & asked when it process back & the person that Erica sure knows how to work a windowBoth myself & my husband will not* Be returningEverWhat if needed heart attack or stroke medicine that fact wouldn't trust they for any health or care beware wouldn't give a single star

Terrible service waited there for over two hours for a prescription that was filled already just left me sitting there until I finally pushed for an answer why it taking so long they wanted to call doctor for verification how did they fill it if it wasn’t sent in by the doctor. Do not use this place
