Crappiest bank atms I have ever dealt with. The one at drive thru just never has any money or just never wants to dispense any. The card reader to get inside doesn't work half the time. The ATM inside stole our money. It said dispense error so we tried again and it took the money out of our account twice but dispensed nothing, twice. So now I get to wait however long they bother to take to get my money back and watch my account overdraft when my bills pull out.

Arrogant teller tells me she can't cash US Savings Bonds. She had more attitude than Rosie Perez. How am I supposed to know the ban doesn't do that unless she tells me. She tells me I have to take my business elsewhere if I want savings bonds cashed. So I closed all of my accounts. I wish I would have caught her name while she was screaming and carrying on.

They need to hand out Midol with their pay checks at this branch Taking my money elsewhere without the attitude and mistakes and drama and always told I am to blame They must get trained in that area to tell the customer he is to blame Happened to me again when my accounts were hacked The c/s guy said it was my fault I said how is that He goes because of your debit card use I said one of these accounts is not hooked up to my debit card Anyway They make the mistakes and they blame you and then give you an attitude when they have to fix and oh dont complain to the manager please DONT

I've had citizen since I was 13 which makes 20 years now. Never had anything good or bad to say about them. Recently had an issue involving them and they refuse to work with me to fix it. Go to pnc up the road. You are better off.
