These guys are awesome. My sister bought a car for me, just alittle beater to get me from a to b. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but they went above and beyond to fix the problems, and didn’t ask for a cent. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for an affordable car, with reliable service. These guys were amazing, and I’d happily do service with them again.

Wasn't able to purchase the vehicle but Bob was great and pointed me in the right direction. Wish I could have been able to complete the purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to look here first.

Wost place I have EVER dealt with. If I could give a negative star review I would but that wouldn't even describe how horrible this place is. Bought a car for 11,000 dollars less than 8 months ago and had nothing but problem after problem now the engine is shot so not only did I waste money on a car and have to fix it now I probably have to get another car altogether and as I see I'm not the only one this has happened to at this place. STAY AWAY!!!!!You will regret buying from this place

Great vehicles and prices. In fact, best prices along route 11. Mike rotates his stock often so I would recommend stopping in or calling to inquire of new arrivals. Want an RV? Try this place out.

I applied for a loan through here. I was waiting to be notified if I was approved. Really had my eyes on a vehicle. I was promised they wouldn't sell the vehicle. They sold the vehicle before I was even notified that I wasn't approved and I still had a cosigner and could have gotten the vehicle anyway. Poor salesmanship. Highly disappointed!

My son recently purchased a car here. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to owner, Mike, and the service he provided. I’m a senior citizen and I’ve dealt with many car dealers through the years. This experience was the best. Mike does not have the “used car salesman” method of say anything to make a sale. He is helpful and is confident in the quality of his vehicles. I definitely recommend AutoTraxx to everyone looking for a reasonably priced, good, used vehicle.

purchased two vehicles in august took one to the junk yard yesterday had low miles only put 750 on since i bought it wasn't even a daily driver was a back up vehicle the other needed major repairs Never Again if I had a good lwayer i would sue they sell lemons fix them up just enough to fool customers smh

It has been a year and a couple of months since we purchased 2 automobiles from autotraxx and we are disappointed to be in a position to give only a two star rating for this business. Mike and his staff were very nice people and we hope you can forgive us this review but we feel obligated to caution others on the quality and condition of the vehicles sold at autotraxx. Within a few weeks we had issues and sent our suv to the 'mechanic' Mike recommended only to be ripped off and left to again have the same issues and pay for the same repairs all over again. The g-dsend of this is we learned of a slew of other issues with Both vehicles. Now a year later the repairs have cost us more than what we paid for the cars and have left us losing 14000 between repairs and scrapping the suv. While the cars are detailed and very clean the fact is that autotraxx is not reliable when it comes to the actual condition of the vehicles. Unfortunately we can not recommend Autotraxx and strongly suggest that should someone be considering purchasing from Autotraxx that they have an independent mechanic look at the vehicle first.
