Miserable woman, ( long blondish hair, glasses) we needed service on an extremely raining day. She never said hello, or smiled, very unfriendly. Came a few times before when we moved to area and people were pleasant. What happened?

I have to share that Julie and Team in Myerstown did a fantastic job helping me through title registration, apportion, and all required documentation that allowed for a smooth process for me! I was charged 300 for a simple W2 return. Accountants at myerstown location may want to work on their attitude when dealing with upset clients. The lack of care and greediness is appalling.

Horrible commutation. We filed our taxes in February 2018. It is now 3 days till October 2019 and we still do not have our return. Communication is so terrible. I had to go in there myself in May 2019 after calling three times to no pick ups Or call backs. After dealing with an advocate from the IRS and trying to figure out things for myself. I went in there with the information that I had. to realize that they Sunrise Tax completely screwed up our taxes by filing our 2017 and 2018 in the same year. making it look like we made way more money than we did. Which therefore means we would get less of a return and why the process would take so long. It is now been months since I’ve had to come up that information and I still do not have my return. And Sunrise has not called me back once to give me information on my return. I have had to call them myself every time to try to get information out of them. it is very frustrating. And it is now only three short months until the next tax season. And my husband and I are very unhappy customers. I would NEVER recommend this place to a Family member or any one again. Because we are still waiting on our return ((((((FROM 2018)))))))) and its October of (((2019)))
