Great experience! Janet made the entire process seamless from answering my inquiry to having the trailer ready to in the same day. Raymond went over the trailer with me and made sure everything was good to go before I left. Would recommend!

I have been trailering for 30+ years, all sizes and types of trailers.
Needed to upgrade and ultimately purchased a 7x12 Suretrac trailer from them...excellent service, response and attitude from Janet. The gentleman who assisted me in the yard with trailer specifics and functionality was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for any of my trailering/receiver hitch needs.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!Recently, I called at 9am on a Saturday looking for an enclosed trailer. I spoke with Nelson and he had told me that he had exactly what I was looking. He stated that he was very busy and that the store closes at 12 noon. I asked him if he was able to complete the sale if I came right down. His reply was “Certainly”. I arrived at approx 10am and only waited a short time to speak with Nelson. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We completed the sale and all of the paperwork within a matter of minutes and I was on the road with my bill of sale and temporary title in hand. I am very please with my purchase and will without a doubt purchase my next trailer from Nelson.

Go elsewhere. Terrible business practices. I’m from out of the area. Had a trailer damaged by another person while in use 5 miles away. Took trailer there for an estimate and for them to complete work as it wasn’t usable without the work being completed. Was told by employees that the repairs (2 hours at most ) could be completed 3 days later. I explained. If it can’t be completed, tell me now since I reside 85 miles away and it would be time and fuel to drive back needlessly. Assured the work could be completed. Called back 6 hours later by boss saying 2.5-3 weeks for work to be completed. No way it can be done. So I’m out 4+ hours and 175miles plus fuel to go pick up trailer. Stay away. Terrible way to treat a customer who owns 4 trailers and purchases trailers regularly for their business.
