They would have had to send them away for two weeks AND wanted to charge me almost THREE times as much as what Main Street did! I went to Main Street and not only did they have it done in LESS than 24 hours, they were super professional and super helpful! I will be taking other pieces or jewelry there for work. “About 15 years ago, the diamond ring I inherited from my grandmother was stolen. I searched high and low for a replacement, unsuccessfully. My family has been a long-time customer of BT O'Donnell's, so I decided to try to have the ring duplicated. I had only an old appraisal description and b&w photo copy of the ring to show Andrew O'Donnell. The big problem was the main stone, which I'd always been told was a "brown diamond," and I remembered it being kind of the color of root beer! Andrew found a beautiful diamond from one of their many sources, but it wasn't quite right. As we were talking in the store, he mentioned that perhaps the stone was a cognac diamond and showed me one that was just the right size that he had in stock. It was perfect! A short time later, my beautiful handmade ring was ready. When I saw it, it was like looking at the original, and it brought tears to my eyes! Thank you, Andrew, for your beautiful work and dedication to the "old ways" of creating a gorgeous ring I will treasure (and protect) forever!”
