“As a business owner myself, I'm very aware of good attitudes when I encounter them. 5 stars!! Great place! As a brand new gun owner, I was never made to feel stupid, no matter what silly I asked.. and there were some stupid ones!! Steve is an amazing , patient instructor ( former teacher), so that's where he gets it from. I took a 6 hour "intro to handgun" safety course with Steve, and while I definitely have a healthy respect for firearms, my sheer fear has been replaced with knowledge. I try to stop by weekly , and each time I come away with a bit more knowledge than last time. Steve showed me how to break down and clean my firearm. The indoor range is safe, and professionally supervised. Luke Tyler and Andy are always ready to help! I shopped other gun shops near me, and as soon as I announced that I am a total newbie, the snickers, and poor attitude became apparent.Some gun shops I've learned can be very cliquey, and they often seem to ridicule brand new gun owners. Really?? Encks is a blessing to newbies especially. 5 stars across the board. Bravo Scott Messinger”
