I paid to stop an unauthorized charge from a credit card processor but they still allowed them to charge me $495.00 a week later! Then said they couldn't do much except ask them to return my money. They did nothing for me and they don't care. I've been a customer for 25 years!!!!!

Walked in while it was busy but was greeted and shortly assisted. Met the most wonderful clerk named Dana!! She was very helpful and sweet! Great bank!

Always under staffed. Always a line. Takes unnecessarily long time even to make a simple deposit.Update: Thought it couldn't get worse, I was wrong. The lobby was closed and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Once in a while is one thing, but I drive by multiple times a day several times a week, it's always the same. It's probably time to switch banks since Fulton Bank doesn't value anyone's time. (Sat in drive thru for almost 30 minutes on two separate occasions)

Disappointed with the customer service at this bank. Lobby currently closed and drive through only open till 4pm. Think I may take my banking business elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. Had an appointment to open an account and waited past the appointment time. Left after waiting 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. Such disrespectful employees.

Waited 20 minutes in line today all because She was having computer problems! Shut the line down! Turn the green light to red! Very unhappy with Fulton Bank!

It's upsetting that their Google hours and actual hours are 1 hour off. Here it says 8am on Thursday as I type from the parking lot. But on their door it says 9am. I have to be at work at 9am. Disappointed. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS HERE, I drove all this way because it said you were open.

They had 3 tellers, but only one waiting on customers, so I turned around and left, waiting isn't my thing at Fulton Bank when they is a nasty employee, no thanks.
