Staff is always super pleasant when I go in. The drive through as well, my only complaint is that the atm is in the same lane as the drive up window.

The drive thru window service is painfully slow every time I go to the Myerstown branch. The tellers have all been nice except for the older lady that is usually on the drive thru. The service from the loan department I dealt with at the Blue Ball branch is very lacking as well. I didn't go through with the loan through them simply because if the lack of communication and willingness to be available to be helpful

The institution does a great job handling the money for that 5 stars. The 3 stars is for the Bank Manager who i hope will be replaced or educated on what customer service is.

I've been using this bank for 6 years. I have 2 business accounts and 2 personal accounts. They do an awesome job. I really like this companies banking app and website. Very user friendly. If you need a local bank, go here. Hope they build one in Lebanon sometime soon.

Looking for another bank? Choose Ephrata National Bank! They have wonderful service. I was with JBT and they made several mistakes, never fixed them, and very poor service. ENB is a world of difference! They even call you 2 weeks after you set up an account to make sure everything is working fine for you! I definitely recommend to anyone!
