I have been unable to schedule an appointment after trying a few months ago and again last week. A gentleman in both instances said he'd call me if there was an opening. The first time, he called back the next day and said he had nothing available. I didn't think much about it because I wanted color which, of course, takes more than an hour. However, last week it took the gentleman four days to return my call, this time suggesting another hair salon because they were booked (for a hair cut). I've moved on. If you are looking for a salon, I suggest you try "The Look" on Seco Road in Monroeville. As far as a review of their services, I'll never know.

Great place if you have high standards and you want to feel very valued as a client. The operators are all first class with an obvious goal that their clients leave looking wonderful, happy and satisfied. We love the friendly ambiance. Truly some of the nicest people you will ever meet in a salon.

I get my hair cut and colored here every 6 weeks by Janet. I've been coming here for more years than I can count and have always been happy with my experience!! The staff (Dino) makes you feel like family!

Today was my first time at the salon. My daughter and granddaughter had appointments scheduled. I wanted a new cut and style so my daughter called and they were able to get me in. I had an idea for a new style and Matthew Z took the time to see if the cut was the right choice for me. Matthew, Matt and Brandon are very professional and personable. The experience was awesome from start to finish. I left there very happy with my hair. Thank you! I’ll be back the next time I’m visiting from North Carolina.
