This post office is really close to where I work so it's really convenient for me to stop at this post office rather than the one in Monroeville. Never used the counter service but the staff seems friendly while dealing with other customers. I always use the drop off box, and it's never jammed unlike the one in Monroeville that is constantly jammed and full. Maybe it's me but it does seem like my packages get shipped slower here compared to Monroeville's post office. Seems to take a full 24 hours to see my package move (with tracking updates). The one in Monroeville moves at the end of the day.

Pure lazy. Left multi packages out in the weather mailbox wide open. Mailbox is 1000ft from the house front porch where packages should be left.

Incompetence doesn't do it justice, theyre simply lazy and refuse to deliver packages marking them as undeliverable when all they have to do is walk up my driveway. I work from home and see them make no effort to deliver. I'd give them 0 stars if able, but its easier to write your local representative to cut their funding. You deserve to be completely wiped and fired and the entire staffing recreated from square one.

Almost missed a family trip that would've costed me thousands because they don't know how to take a passport photo in this post office. Strongly recommend doing your passport application somewhere else.

Everyone I've interacted with at this post office has been friendly and knowledgeable. And my mail carrier is always friendly and handles my mail with care - letters are never stuffed in the mail box, and packages are always left right at my door under a covered area of my porch.

I was charged $5.30 per Christmas card because they were considered packages. A Christmas card I bought from Hallmark. Not a couple of extra stamps mind you, but a package. The U.S. post office is absolutely disgraceful. I feel like I was just robbed.

I've never had a more pleasant experience at a post office, and especially for a relatively busy Saturday on Labor Day weekend, this was even better. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering questions I had about an international package delivery and the best ways to pack it. Shannon gave me options with details of what I could purchase or what I could do at home, not just 'buy a box from the wall.' The clerk who later took my package was also friendly and helpful.

People don't realize how terribly overworked mail carriers are, Amazon packages have increased 10 fold since the pandemic. The mail trucks are so old and most have 200,000 miles or more on them, they are rear wheel drive and terrible in the snow or gravel driveways and break down all the time. Try delivering to 450+ mail boxes plus add 150 + packages and try to get that done in 9hrs. Plus the carriers have to sort all their mail and packages for delivery. That's why the post office is constantly hiring. I was there for 6 months and it was hands down the hardest job ever. I was so overwhelmed by packages and they would work me 13 straight days and yes Sunday's and holidays with no time and a half pay for holiday's. So try and give these guy's a break cause if they all quit who will deliver your mail?

Our mail carrier is terrible. We have had so many problems over the last year or so. He refuses to come up our driveway to deliver packages. He will leave them at the side of the road or just not deliver them at all. Sometimes, he will just leave them at the post office if he doesn't feel like delivering them. It is like a treasure hunt some days trying to find out where my Amazon stuff is! He has left things in our mailbox sticking out of the front of it with the door open in the pouring rain causing everything to get wet. However, if I order and have Amazon Prime things delivered on a Sunday they come from the Irwin office. Amazingly, they bring my packages up my driveway to my front door with no problem. Same with UPS and FedX. It is only that one mail carrier that is too lazy to do his job correctly. I have contacted supervisors and even had the postmaster out. Nothing has changed. We had a substitute carrier for a while and he was wonderful! He would deliver my items right to my front door!

This location is close to my work, so I have visited many times in the past 8 years or so. Everytime I am there, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, and they treat you like a valued customer. Best USPS location I have ever been to.

Package of dog food that has always delivered from Amazon Subscription services for some reason now "doesn't fit on the truck"..... smh Did the truck shrink? What are they going to do at Christmas when they have multiple packages?

MJ or Maleka has the worse customer service of any usps employee I have ever dealt with and her manager Erica is lazy and incompetent. I’m still waiting on a call from the post master

Staff is friendly and helpful despite working for an inefficient behemoth that is USPS. Long lines on Saturday because of passport appts.

I cant believe all the bad reviews. I've been shipping100 packages a year across the country and worldwide with USPS for 20 years. Perfect? maybe not. but pretty doggone good. The complaints are probably due to the high Karen count in Murrysville

anytime I get a package, it gets dropped off at the neighbors house at the very bottom of our driveway. It’s so frustrating. We have also had people leave packages in the middle of the driveway in the pouring down rain. And I can’t even get through to anyone to talk to someone about the issues that are occurring.
