Worst plan and execution of an install I have ever witnessed. I should've hired the 3 stooges instead. 5 years ongoing and still won't fix their mistakes. They just shift responsibility around from them to Magnotti & Son in Pittsburgh.

Oh dear, called to have help for small fireplace issue. Was told I would need to wait until February while Robin laughed. Learned a lot about this company today. I could only post if I added a star :(, I wish I could post negative stars.

The spicy beef soup was like chili and beef stew made love and had a child, absolutely fantastic! Loved the environment and friendly staff. Everyone told me to go here for "a good sit down meal" and they were not lying

My husband and I have had the best experience here with both Matt and Terri! So much so that we purchased both our fireplace, and more recently our patio furniture, from them. Honest, professional, informative, friendly, and just overall extremely helpful. In a time when customer service is nearly non-existent, they still provide an outstanding shopping experience all around. Five stars for certain!

These people are rude on the phone. I simply wanted dimensions of a product for my contractor and the hung up on me. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Bought a fireplace insert. Cost $$$...never worked properly from day one. Kept breaking down and wouldn't start. They'd replace parts...charge me more money then it would break again. Service department is worse. Scheduled an appointment after 4 months to get one...take a pto day from work...wait all day and then get a call at 4 pm that they had a call off in the morning and have no one to come. They wanted to schedule another appt 2 months later. Over priced junk with bad service.

They installed our new fireplace today and we couldn’t be happier. Professional service. Everything cleaned up and they took the old fireplace! Absolutely love this place

We had an old gas log set and kept getting a film on our windows, wasn't sure if it was the gas logs but stopped in and asked asked Matt, he explained that it could be the regulator on our old set even though it seemed to work well, He showed us potential replacements I am a cheap guy and although would prefer to do business locally most often pick the Internet low price option. Bottom line is that we bought from Matt, got at least as good or better price than any online store and love our new fireplace. So glad we bought the new unit with remote and so glad we bought locally, And no more dirty windows
