If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Recently I was at this store having a horrible day and I come outside to my car battery dead. Embarrassed already I went inside and asked for help the manager asked everyone if anyone knew how to jump a car without any hesitation a very nice young lady named Jess came outside to help me. She found another person to let us use their battery. Within 5 mins she had my car started and running again. I seriously still cannot thank her enough and everyone at that store for being so nice and helping me. I tried to give her money, she would not take it said give it to someone who really needs it. People like her restore my faith in humanity. 100 stars to this store. Thank you again so much Jess!

Back in PA after 18 months away… went to get my favorite Sheetz brand coffee and I couldn’t be more disappointed…. Actually it was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had!!!!! Watered down out of auto machine… dumped it out and went straight to Starbucks!!! Won’t be depending on Sheetz for my coffee is they are all like this! Never again!

Stop to order 4 hotdogs waited 29 minutes freaking ridiculous when only 3 ppl were ahead of us..?
Talk about slow never will stop here again!!then this is how we got them totally uncalled for !!?
I am darn sure Steve Sheetz wouldn't get his food like this!!!!

The store does millions of dollars in Revenue each year yet when it gets a little busy the most important items are always neglected almost every time I come here every trash can outside is overflowing garbage or over the parking lot I'm surprised that someone hasn't made a report to the dep about this..
The bathrooms are disgusting unsanitary there was no soap in the men's bathroom garbage was overflowing onto the floor the toilets all had stool stains all over them.
When you do this type of business you should have someone on staff almost at all times constantly cleaning the bathrooms and making sure the garbage is not overflowing there's no excuse whatsoever if you have a staff problem then you probably should pay more money to attract folks.
Very unsanitary. I would not take your children here.

I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. They weren't even busy at all. My fries were cold by the time I got my food! This is not the first time I waited way too long for my food at this location. Other locations are way quicker.

Hotdogs are priced extremely fair. If you need something to make you feel better then get a hot dog or get one of Sheetz delicious meal deals.

Very awesome gas station because their customer service along with their hot chocolate drinks with their car wash is the best so every once in a while i do come the employees are super friendly with very helpful so i do recommend them

Why WHY do you guys keep screwing up my hotdogs?? I NEVER order ketchup on my hotdogs but you guys still consistently add it. And what's even more funny, the receipts never say anything about ketchup or any other toppings, but you guys always still ADD IT!! Wth is going on? It's always this same location too!!!

Have been a loyal fan since the late 90s PRE-remodel. Therefore I am an authentic fan. For me, it’s the mac-n-cheese. They know how to microwave it right. Love the toy section. Brings joy.

Slowest MTO I’ve ever experienced. 24 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. 4 employees behind counter seemed to not know what they were doing. One girl just stood there mouth breathing at the screen for long stretches of time, then looking down at the sandwiches, seeming not to know what to do. The two guys cooking were moving so slow I think someone had maybe drugged them. I know sheetz has many locations and they’re usually great. This location must be where they send employees who are on performance plans or something. Awful.

Almost EVERY time we order salads at Sheetz they give us half or less of what we're supposed to have. When we went inside and asked for more they refused to give us anything

If I could write a negative review I would. Ridiculous service and terrible people. I waited 30 minutes for my food and they were still 100 numbers in front of my order. If you're looking for a Sheetz to get food, don't come here. Very disappointed and I know the other people who were waiting longer for their food were too.
