I have dealt with literally dozens of banks involving millions of dollars over decades. S&T Bank was the most incompetent bank I have dealt with. Their staff has no idea what they are doing.

Applied for a mortgage pre-approval way back in January. Submitted all the required paperwork and never received a call. Called them and left a message and still didn't get a response. Ended up going with another lender. But then in August... A solid seven months after the original pre-approval process, they decide to run our credit which dinged our scores. This was not authorized at that point. Will be disputing with credit companies. Absolutely terrible service from this location.

I have been with with a bigger bank in the area for a LONG time, but had the opportunity to switch to S&T for my business accounts, and now I’ve switched all of my accounts there. Really great people at the Murrysville branch!

Very active in helping. Me daily. I can't get online. But they have courteous. In answering questions I have been waiting for 2 checks $5000.00 not cleared I have asked since 6-1-18 for s@t to stop payment !! Checks not cashed. Why taking so long to get funds back into my account ???now being told I must appear at branch on this coming Monday to pick up my funds!! I have been very patient. But this can't go on !!! I have been in hospital for over 2 months I want my funds now !!! Anyone help me??? I was in banking business for years. And never had a problem such as this ! I don't understand why it takes 90 days to return my funds !! I would suggest that I be paid some interest on the $10,000.00 float !! It was not your money !!!
